Thanks Kikka for your clear communication, helpful & timely reminders and for making every step of this easier. The application steps & online admin of my account are really easy - and all costs, repayments & technical info are explained clearly in terms I could understand (no legal jargon to confuse the whole thing).

One of the best surprises was to get a call from an actual human just to let me know they were my account manager & could answer any questions or help out... This showed me how defensive I was starting to become with communications from financial institutions & I am grateful to be shown a different way.

Very quick and easy to apply online and link bank accounts. Funds arrived same day. Received call same day from customer service team to answer any questions. Very efficient service, thank you. Only reservation would be (1) the available credit limits - is a bit small for the volume of business we do and (2) the lack of ability to link HSBCNet bank accounts (they do offer HSBC internet banking, but not HSBCNet).

They got us out of a pickle, it was fairly easy.
