Money back guarantee they say! Not even close they will wait three months then charge your debit after you have canceled your subscription. And refuse to send a refund. Paid for the premium service as well. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in 40 years.

VERY POOR SYSTEM AND REVIEW WITH THE BBB
I LEFT A LONGER REVIEW WITH THE BBB. HOWEVER THEIR SERVICE HAS A 99% NO CONTACT POLICY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, NO TEXT CHAT, NO EMAIL. NO NOTHING. AND ANOTHER 99% NO WAY TO CANCEL. I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD WITH MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT. I BUILT MY CREDIT WITH EXPERIAN PLUS. AND GOT A 720 SCORE. KICKOFF 640. VERY POOR SYSTEM
