Ultra-light done properly

Killbean is my top pick in the UK for ultra-light-roasted coffee. There are two roasters in the UK doing properly ultra-light roasts — Killbean and Scenery (their Lightest profile). Nordic roast is already too dark for me. The coffee is very light but properly developed — a hard balance, and not many pull it off. The selection is excellent. They carry things like Panama Gesha, which most strong UK roasters still don't. The café itself is lovely. The team are warm, friendly and know their coffee — nice people to spend time with. A rare and special place.
