This situation is very confusing
This situation is very confusing and disappointing.
I previously ordered a Killerbee drone through another retailer, and everything went perfectly — fast delivery and no issues. The box even showed a direct address to the official store, which is why this time I decided to order directly from this website.
Unfortunately, everything went wrong. The order was paid by card, but it has never been delivered. I received no replies to my emails, no valid tracking number, no explanation, and no refund so far.
What makes this even worse is that the purchase was made with my child’s savings. My child spent their last saved money to buy a drone independently, and now the money is gone with nothing received in return.
At this point, there is no communication, no product, and no refund. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.
