3rd Time delivery issue From UPS.
Needed to get fast delivery, paid for express delivery in 1 day, postponed to monday 12/01 instead of a delivery scheduled 09/01.
The goods won’t be necessary anymore a I am doing a guest in another city.
Would like to get refunded From The express delivery cost

Tiziano is absolutely amazing
Tiziano is absolutely amazing, I called killer ink as I had a few broken machines. he talked me through returns and as soon as he received mine he sent a replacement everything was sorted within 4 days although I’m unhappy with my machines breaking I am so impressed with the customer service and resolution Thankyou so much guys

First class service
First class service, very easy to contact with a very quick response. Delivery was spot on but feel there could be post options for those not in a hurry for their order…maybe a little cheaper?
As it turned out I needed my order quickly so was very appreciative of next day delivery being available.
I had a small problem but this was solved by a press of the button immediately, so a 5star service all round…will definitely be using them again and come highly recommended…thanks very much

Fast delivery and affordable price
The delivery was easy and fast. Arrived the next day ontime. The ink i ordered is fantastic. I loce it. Its bolder and has taken so much better than what i was using before. I love that its vegan formular so no harm to animals. The price was good too, affordable. Also the cartriages i order where tge right fit for my machine and distribute the ink easier and more evenly rhan the ones i used bwfore too. I loce the ink so much thst i will love to order and test oyt the coloured inks from same range as the one i have is the black amd i have alot off tattoos that need finiahing off and touching up including coloured

Great experience over many years
I’ve been purchasing tattoo machines from this store for years and have always been very satisfied.
Even with warranty issues, their support has been fast, helpful, and professional.
They always provide clear, detailed explanations and respond quickly to any questions.
Although the European site doesn’t carry the full range, I still highly recommend them.🥰❤️❤️

First and last purchase. Terrible experience.
Terrible experience and this was a first major purchase from KI…and last. Ordered a battery pack and was sent a CLEAR return. (No LCD cover film, marked on the side) also the description doesn’t explain that you need a UK power plug to charge this. Contacted KI and was not offered an apology or explanation to a possible easily made oversight from KI side of the purchase. Instead I was robbed off with return or credit of minimal amount. Asked for something different to equate the returned item, was only given the same.
First and last time my shop and staff use KI.

I love Killerink
I have been working with Killerink for the past 5 years. I will say that the experience has been awesome and very professional. The delivery always comes in perfect packaging and care. Also the delivery options is great, providing multiple delivery brands, dates and rates. Even though I have had some issues with mistakes regarding deliveries, they are always proactive and willing to help solve the issue even though I was in the fault. I truly love this brand due to its amazing quality.
