Only good beer I had in London
Stoped by on one of my first days in town. Realized the beer here was head and shoulders above anything else I had encountered during my visit. Picked up beer to go from here for the rest of my stay.

It's how you deal with problems ...
There was a problem with one of the beers in my order being unavailable but I was contacted quickly with the offer of a replacement. However when my beers arrived there were 3 cans missing but I texted them and they arranged to get them shipped out. It's not problems that occur its how you resolve them which matters! The beers we've tried so far have been great as well!

Top craft beer shop in the country
I’ve been going here for over five years. The place is like family to me and the beer program is simply the best. Never a bad time in store or online. Couldn’t recommend them more. Dan is the man.

Apologised but feelings still hurt and will not be returning because it’s awkward now.

Hi Fuego, we completely agree it was an unfortunate incident. Unfortunately on Brick Lane theft is an all too common occurrence (particularly our glassware) especially during our birthday celebrations - and as you had (kindly) purchased a box of them which wasn't wrapped in our takeaway bag we were a little too hasty in assuming the worst. As you say once we realized we had made a mistake we were very quick to apologise but totally understand how you might have felt & we would hate to sour a customer relationship. I'll reach out separately as we would like to offer a free beer tasting in the hope we can bury the hatchet and apologies again for any distress caused to you and your partner.
A very convivial atmosphere and great beer
Visited on my own and spent the evening chatting with staff and other clientele, learned a lot about tasty beverages and enjoyed every minute.

Excellent store both online and in person
Great selection of beers. Well worth a visit when in the area to get recommendations and sample the beer they have on tap. Dan and clothe crew will keep you well hydrated with beverages.
They also host various tastings and meet the brewer session from the Brick Lane store.
