I ordered the Aerocloud Elite and the Ultralight inflatable pillow. The delivery went fine, I had used the 6~10 days with tracking and I would recommend it since gives some reliability in receiving the product coming from so far.
Although the overall experience was good, it has to be separated between the 2 products.
The pillow is perfect for me. It’s big enough, light enough, packs small enough for my multi days hikes, and it’s much more comfortable than my previous cocoon pillow. The mat strap for me is a game changer, although before trying it I was sceptical it would have made any difference. I 100% recommend it as a comfortable pillow.
The mattress, unfortunately, is a disappointment, especially because it still has many good points. I am 193 cm and a stomach sleeper, I had a couple of mats from Salewa and Kaikkialla. I never slept comfortable on these and I wanted to upgrade for a big, wide and especially comfortable mattress. I don’t go camping in winter, so a 3 season, R4 should have been sufficient. When looking at the big brands costs, I was discouraged by the high price. Looking at online video reviews from campers I trusted, I stumbled upon the review of the Kilos mat. They were all praising the size, comfort, overall pack size and weight (not a deal breaker for me as I am not into UL equipment if it trades comfort) and only warning about the temperature rating: do not go below freezing temperatures. Considering that i would never go below freezing, considering the price and the comfort reviews, I decided to purchase it. Before using the gear outside i test it in a controlled environment, in this case my room. I live in the Dolomites and right now in the night stopping the heating it reaches 13 C*, so I was not worried at all about the temperature, mainly wanted to test the comfort.
The mat is the right size for me, as advertised, and in a single/2 person tent should still fit even being considerably large, and for the first time I did not have my feet overhang from the mat. Also the width allowed me to keep the arms on the pad and not have the elbows risking to touch the ground. Comfort-wise it was really comfortable. But… I woke up during the night because I felt in the stomach area a cold spot. The rest of the mat (feet area, head, arms) felt warm, but from the central area it was coming cold, and looking at the mat through a light it seems that around the welds of the cells the insulation has a big cut. I tried the mat 4 times, adding a yoga mat below it to see if it would have changed things, and still I felt cold in the same area. Note that I inflated to the maximum the mat. I managed to not feel cold only when I tried with a safety blanket below the mat.
I started wondering what to do, since the return policy looks all at the consumer risk, since the delivery first needs to reach the warehouse before obtaining the refund. I also started wondering if at this point spending almost 3x more would be worth for the type of hiking/camping I do.
The takeaway for me is that it is still a comfortable pad, right size and packaging. I will keep it as i managed to find a workaround, and I give the benefit of the doubt thinking I might have taken an unfortunate batch. It still disappoints the fact that it should be tested for far colder temperatures than the ones I tested it with.

Delivery arrived in a couple weeks from purchase and will be using camping this weekend. The Grandpeak high pack chair and foot stool are super easy to pack up and down and compacts so well. Would be great if that light had a carry bag too but the magnet is real strong for the car.
