Our pressurised water system needed urgent attention, following poor work by another plumber. Lee came out at very short notice and got the system up and running. When he came back to replace a pump, he discovered a re-wiring fault left by another company, so the pump did not need replacing. He was as pleased as we were! A very professional approach.

From the initial contact, Lee's responsiveness was remarkable. My elderly in-laws' boiler packed up at a weekend with temperatures of -5c forecast for a few days' time. Lee was with them within minutes of speaking to us and had the issue diagnosed very quickly.

His professionalism shone through as he seamlessly fitted a new boiler without creating any mess or fuss. What truly set him apart was his dedication to completing the job promptly, not constrained by typical working hours, ensuring my in-laws' comfort in the face of a chilling forecast - he even turned up with a new electric heater for them to keep them warm while their heating was out.

Lee effectively communicated the issue, patiently discussed potential costs, and waited for our decisions before proceeding. Surprisingly, the final costs came in lower than anticipated, especially considering the emergency call-out on a Sunday.

Called this company last minute as needed a cooker install done to be able to cook our family Christmas dinner!(Christmas eve)

Lee came out promptly, knew the heating system (we have recently moved into the house), fixed the immediate problem and was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lee, Paul & Graham have been brilliant! New boiler installed and moved into the loft to give us more space, some old pipes removed, broken tap fixed and a couple of radiators installed. Lovely guys, know what they are doing, arrive on time and leave no mess.

Just want to thank the 2 men that came out today. They came to fix a pipe that had broken on a water tank in a field. Friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Would definitely recommend, and will be using again if needed for anything

Lee came to our rescue on a Saturday night, answering a shout out on Facebook for an emergency plumber. He came out straight away, and made our situation safe so we could go on holiday the following morning, with no worries luming over us. He then contacted us on our return and sent Paul out to rectify the issue. Very professional and polite team, who also cleaned up after the work was done. Will definitely use these guys again. Thank you lads.

Lee was first class! From answering my initial ad to job completion in around 24hrs. Its rare these days to find reliable and trustworthy trades that are also knowledgable, Lee has all that covered. Now on my 'go to' list of guys to call on when needed.

Lee visited to quote on a new boiler, within 3 hours of request. He opened the casing and spotted it was only a new spark generator that was required, and not a new boiler at all. I felt conned by the first company, as the other part that they had flagged up was not faulty at all. Gas tests proved it too. Lee, who is a very professional man with a good attitude, returned on Saturday with the correct part, which he fitted in "no time", and left us a very satisfied customer. Note this: He was strictly honest with us and saved us close on £2500.00 on a new boiler. Highly recommended. Refreshing experience.

Lee and Paul have done a lovely job, replaced our taps from a very difficult corner basin
They have been polite courteous and extremely clean during all times
We would not hesitate to highly recommend them and they will become our permanent plumbers if we should need anything doing

Absolutely incredible service from Lee. We messaged him and we had a response almost immediately. He was on site fixing our boiler just over an hour after our initial message. We now have heating and hot water back. Friendly service, extremely knowledgable also spoke to us about the whole process. Highly recommend.

Felt that Lee went above and beyond to help us get our central heating working again. Good communication from him. He came out on a Saturday without an extra charge as he was in the area. He did his best to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it quickly, when others we had called out were far less helpful or were just trying to upsell us products like new boilers
