After ordering, I did not get a confirmation email. After emailing the company twice, and using their website's contact function once, I received no reply.

After contacting the company via their instagram post, I got an email my order was received and they would send the order with shipping details the next day - no shipping details were sent.

After several days I emailed the company again, they told me I would get the shipping details later that day - no shipping details were sent.

It's been several says since and I have not received any communication.

fraudulent business. Did not deliver what I ordered sub level quality product was crap.a warning stay away from this site they haven't responded to my refund.12/02/2025

Very bad quality clothing. I ordered a Goth style black jacket which looked superb on their website pictures and after a month and a half I received a cheaply made jacket with false leather appliances (they had assured me after enquiry that the leather parts were made of real high quality leather), with the wrong length 6 cms shorter (after having given them all my correct meauserements), thin cotton fabric and just decorative press buttons on tappered pockets. As cheap as it gets after paying good money. A fake and a rip off. Also even with them based in USA, their products are sent from Pakistan and I suspect they are made there too. Do not trust them at all.

It is surprising the fact that you have answered to an upset customer publicly through Trustpilot when your initial private reply to my message to your Customer Service stating all the issues with the jacket was simply (and I quote): "Warm regards". It really feels like a joke on your shoppers. Still I am ready to send to you the photos you asked for but, honestly, I do not expect much about your word. Thanks for the public reply anyway.

I have ordered several jackets over the years. Each order was delivered on time, and as promised. The workmanship is FABULOUS!!! Everything was true to measurements. I have received numerous compliments on the coats over the years. My 2 favorites are the Victorian Swallowtail coat, and my Steampunk inspired jacket with the leather and chain embellishments. I highly recommend them.

Terrible site, as before they promise the earth but don’t deliver the goods, if something arrives it is not as described on site. They steal pics and description of goods and make up something that is less than satisfactory! Don’t waste your money as you are likely to be disappointed. No replies from from sales dept other than when you want to buy something then they move like grease lightening!!

Kilt and Jack doesn't honor their policy of refunding payment for wrongly made products. They're scammers!

I ordered, they took my money immediately. I waited and waited............and waited......................and waited (months). Tried to contact customer service, not deliverable. Contacted my credit card company for a refund, one week after refund kilt shows up, credit card recharged. Kilt doesn't fit, after all that and the measuring and asking for advice.....none. I doubt that I will get any help after, they do state "custom not returnable" for a reason, because if/when they finally send it.....it's yours and your money is theirs. Don't do it.

The long coat I ordered was not made according to specifications . The hem at the back was improperly sewn. I sent this company pictures showing the mistakes. I want a refund.My emails requesting for solutions were ignored by Ethan. Until now they have not acted on my request.

DO NOT use Kiltandjacks.com - biggest scam out there. They are all so super nice, when you are ordering, the moment the money hits their account you can't get any help, or service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Placed order on July 9th 2022. They never sent my order. I emailed customer service over a dozen times, they responded once. They had no problem promptly taking my money. Don't use this company!

Communication from the company was completely abysmal. They accidentally canceled my order and admitted it when they finally replied to my questions. The order turned up late and when it arrived both of the kilts ordered were 4” too big despite the fact we’d measured very carefully. While initially it seemed they might honour a return or exchange instead they fobbed me off and said they made them larger so people could have them altered. I’d already spent over $300. One of the kilts was also the wrong colour. Due to the poor colour sample on the website the kilt was the colour of a billiards table instead of moss green. When I requested a review they didn’t even respond. Unless you live within driving distance of their US office don’t even bother ordering. The products aren’t made in the USA. They’re made in Pakistan. The products are well enough made but the service was arrogant. It’s cost me $55 to have one kilt altered. I don’t know if I’ll even bother dyeing and altering the other. Disgraceful customer service.

I order a kilt , no news from the company. I try to emailand phone the company but still no answer. I git my confirmation number and when i check on the web site . They said the order still not ready.
I think im gonna report at my credit card company and do some objection for the payment ......

NO PRODUCT SHIPPED, NO PHONE #, NO COMMUNICATIONS!!

Order placed in the Black Friday Sale - late November 2022. Production time was supposed to be a couple of weeks. Despite several emails there was no firm ETA provided 6 weeks later, nor was any refund given when asked - just vague "I'll check with production" statements

Not sure if they're a dropshipper or outright scammer. Avoid regardless!

This company has no qualms about using other company's photos to try to sell their own products. They just crop out the background so that it is not the "same" photo. You can tell because the photos frequently depict tartans that they don't sell. They may or may not make a good product. I don't know. But they misrepresent it to be sure. What you get will NOT be what you see in the photos.

Put in order 7 days ago and can not get ahold of company. Phone number goes no where , email doesn't work just want to communicate with them on why my order is stuck in limbo.

Made an order 1 year ago. Paid via Paypal. Product never arrived. I was hoping is has something to do with the pandemic. Tried to contact company by email several times. No answer.
All payment routines look serious: order email, payment details, website looks like its too much work for a scam. A lot of products, changing product palette.

Pretends to be located in USA, but seems to be in Pakistan. At least the owner. Found that out over scamadviser, sadly I cant post the link here, but you can try yourself.
Phone (US#) upon call seems to be always occupied.
The website /webshop itself seems to be very reputable, provides a lot of information, but not where the company is located. It is also not possible to find them via google maps. So my final conclusion is that this company is a scam. If the company prooves me wrong, of course I will change my review.

Some Details: Payment to Syed Shah, syedadnan301(at)gmail.com via PayPal, seems not to to be a company adress: Biggest hint for a scam.

Edit: After some further research on that company, I found out that they haven´t posted something new snce April 30th 2021 on facebook. The newest post on other social medias is from end of 2019 (twitter). So maybe that company is not a scam, they are just bankrupt and do not produce anymore.
In my opinion, the reviews here from July 2021 or younger are fake / bought.

After 4 years they contacted me to share my order# We will see what happens. By the way I contacted them approx. 1 year after ordering to cancel that order. This was the first contact...4 years later. Very trustworthy...not

This is one of the best online clothing company I come across. I ordered a Gothic Jacket from them and it is not less than a perfection. Kudos to the team. Loved it!
