I ordered about 50 days ago and haven’t heard anything from them.
I’ve sent them three complaint emails, but no response to those either.
I do not recommend this company.

Are you kidding me? I haven't gotten SHIT from you in a month--I don't have my kilt, nor even a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number. You've done NOTHING, and now you want my feedback on how you did? Send me the kilt, and THEN you can ask me how you did. But you haven't sent me anything--not even a single email in a month since I ordered. This is some bullshit.

Kilt And Sporrans is an unsafe webshop to shop at.

When ordering and paying, you ONLY get an invoice number on the website, no receipt for the purchase, there is no confirmation of the order, there is no follow-up information, there is no tracking information and no notification of shipment.
Payment by credit card is unsafe, there is no security, you are not asked to approve your payment with 3-D Secure at the end.
A month after ordering and paying, an email came from Trust Pilot in which the shop was to be rated, this is the only follow-up that has happened, no products have arrived, there is no response when you write to them, I have written several times!
This is the assessment I can give.
Before buying, I had checked the web address to see if there were any warnings, there were not, everything looked fine.
Update 12-11-2025.
After this post I received an invoice and a tracking number, the goods arrived 2 days later.

Order did not arrive in time for my wedding. Placed the order June 21st didn’t get it until late August almost September.
When inquiring late July on if my order would arrive I was told that it would ship in a couple days (it didn’t ship until the middle of August.
Now I have 4 kilts I don’t need and I’m out $320.

The goods in order #000000452 have not been delivered.

Placed my order and heard nothing from them. I emailed them twice asking for an update and never got a response. Do not purchase from this site!

Ordered my kilt several weeks ago. Haven’t had any updates and it was a rush order.

Product was exactly as described, great communication and order posted with tracking reference. Would deffo recommend

The quality of the kilt was AMAZING. However I paid $30 extra dollars for 7-10 day shipping because I was getting eloped and it was my husband's dream to wear a custom kilt. We ended up having to delay our ceremony TWICE because it ended up taking weeks to arrive! The stress it caused on us was not worth it and I will be contacting customer service for my $30 back.

Shipment arrived one day before the event -- Burns Night -- in well wrapped package. Tag included told me that you had obtained it from UK source, yes? I received immediate notice of my purchase, but I think there was no notice the day it actually went into the mail. Purchase included chain strap, and I certainly would have wanted an option of leather strap. Anyway, well done and thank you. Now it's up to me to keep sporran in good condition!

Communication was fair. Quality of product was top notch.

Well made kilt with great finish. I am very pleased with it. The County Cork tartan is particularly beautiful. Will wear with pride.

It kilt was late for Christmas. Quality was poor. Still missing the belt, sporran, and sash that I added to order 00000044. The customer service email address kept bouncing back so I was only able to communicate once with the company. They only had a foreign phone number.

Everything came as ordered and before Christmas! Just didn’t receive any shipping information to track it.
