I ordered a sporran for my dads 70 th birthday. I was concerned about presentation and wanted something that looked good so I phoned twice to check about gift wrap, packaging and box. I spoke to both the hire dept and the web dept and was assured that the gift would be boxed and padded before shipment.

Arrived in a loose bag with a thin layer of bubble wrap as it’s only protection and a thin dent at the opening corner.

I’d have been disappointed with this on a UKP115 sporran in any case but I’m really hacked off because I checked (twice!!) and then they just chucked it in a bag anyway.

Never again.
