This company and it staff, especially Julie, have been very helpful and extremely quick off the mark to dispatch an item to my UK address.

I needed a garment to be delivered within a relatively short space of time. However, I was deliberating about the idea of purchasing the product, as I was explaining this to Julie over email.

Thinking ahead, Julie took the initiative and ordered the item in and awaited my final decision...Thank god, she was ahead of the game! As my lastminute.com purchase was able to processed in time without any disappointments.

Genuine company. Products were of a very high quality as promised. Nicely packaged. Will defo be back for anything else I need in the future.

The product we initially selected had been discontinued, so we had to make a substitution. Communication with the company was excellent, and we are pleased with our purchase; however, one of the items arrived broken. Since we are in Canada and the product was shipped from the UK, it is awkward to order a single replacement.

Customer service was very helpful with an issue I had and it got resolved super quick. Shipping was really fast and came packed securely. Nice glass, etching is perfect love the cup!

No only did they deliver a cracking product (that I cudnee find anywhere else in the uk) their customer service after I realised I had mussed up my order (I may av had a couple of pints dunny judge me) an e-mailed them to tell em ma mistake the response was so quick an personal I forgot it was online an no in a shop!

I have bought quite a few quaichs for wedding presents. They always come quickly, are beautifully finished and respond to special requests (such as accents and special characters on the engraving). Great products.

I have used this company a number of times and I have never been disappointed.
The items are always quickly dispatched and I could track them.
The item (quaich) is good quality and makes a lovely present.

I ordered made to measure trews, with some special requirements. The company confirmed details with me. The trews took just over 8 weeks to make, but fit perfectly. Notification of their delivery was given and they arrived the following day - well packed and in perfect condition.

Two quaich as gifts to our dear friends in Provence, engraved in Gaelic and French with my family crest. I trust Alex Scott, but the items are so beautifully and securely wrapped I dare not open them. I trust Alex Scott but will have to be reassured next week in France. Would have been 5* if I had been able to inspect and then easily finish wrapping.

Liked the tartan cufflinks very much. Have had another set before from kiltmakers.
