Sent them an email enquiry about the availability of their Deluxe model. No reply after 3 weeks.
Made a purchase online of the inferior Standard model (which was the last in stock) - immediate response regarding my purchase and when delivery could be expected. After taking delivery emailed them about a minor problem and my earlier enquiry - No reply. Rubbish Customer Service - It is rumoured the company has ceased trading even though the websites are still active showing no stock.
An Australian company so I should have known better than to do business with them.
