Would not use this shop ever again..orders take 3 weeks to arrive...my order arrived and the bubblebath dust lid was not secured properly and emptied all over my order...they wanted pics..sent them pics..I then realised a roller ball perfume was not in my order..they wanted pics of that too..pics of what?..an item that is not there....I have sent numerous emails asking where my missing item is and I get the same reply...send a pic..!!!.what is your order number..I have sent all this already !!!...and bearing in mind when I send an email I wait 3 days on a reply...then I reply and get the same reply...they have also blocked me from their page on sending messages...I sent them a message on Instagram..zero reply...this has been awful..I would not use this shop again and the customer service is zero...No doubt there will be a smart reply to my review .
