Long time customer
I have been purchasing the same two visual changes items from Kimberly Beauty for many years. They would also send samples of other items, which was a great opportunity to try, and possibly add to my routine. The two items I generally purchase have been out of stock the last 2 times I've ordered; however, I did order and eventually they arrived. They charge no matter if the items are in stock or not.
Two days ago, I received one of the 2 items I have been waiting for, only to open the box and find that the packaging is not what it used to be. The cleanser was not factory sealed and/nor bubble wrapped as it usually is, just tossed in a box. Due to the poor packaging, the liquid spilled within the box. I reached out to Kimberly's to explain this and the reply was shocking and extremely unprofessional. "We will send another, going forward, if you aren't satisfied with our packaging, we recommend you find another vendor who can." Wow!! This is how you treat long time customers? Or any customer for that matter. The kicker here is the closing, "Make it a BEAUTIFUL day!" The KimberlyBeauty.com Team. Do I use unsealed items? I don't know.

Jeanette, you have been a chronic complainer since Day 1. We have done everything we can to satisfy you, yet you constantly complain to us about something. Given that we have had almost exclusively 4 and 5 star reviews, we must be doing something right. As we explained in our response to you when you reported the issue, Visual Changes did not "seal" the cleanser in this particular batch. "Seal", means a plastic wrap around the entire bottle once the cap is applied. We aren't sure why it wasn't, but they have been under pressure to get stock in because this product is in such high demand. Maybe in their haste, they forgot to have it sealed. And apparently, without out the wrap, the cap came loose in transport and leaked. We told you right off, that we would send a replacement, no questions asked.
In any case, we honestly felt that it was in both of our best interests that you find somewhere else to purchase your products. And we did so in an entirely professional manner. We wish you nothing but success in your search.
