Wish the customer service was as great as the products
I have ordered some Visual Changes products several times through this company. The products are incredible.
But on my most recent order, the customer service has been AWFUL. Shipment keeps getting delayed and no help from customer service.
I will DEFINITELY continue to buy the Visual Changes products. But just from somewhere else.

I am so pleased with the customer services I've received so far from Kimberly Beauty. I ordered the same product at an expensive price from my esthetician so I'm so happy I found it at an affordable price on this website. In addition, the free shipping was a big plus and I also received a free complimentary sample of another item from the same brand!

This is the first time I have ordered from here and overall I am happy. It would of been nice had my moisturizer been wrapped in bubble wrap in the box so it wasn't bouncing around and the lid off when I received it.

Perfect!
This was an excellent experience from start to finish! I had a question about shipping, which was promptly answered. Then, apparently there was a problem getting my order out in time to get it delivered before a trip, so they stepped-up the shipping so that it would arrive in time at no additional cost to me.
