Put in my order online it arrived on time and date well packed nothing to complain about . Am well pleased with the quality and the taste was really great meat will put another order in after the christmas period. Well done Kimbers

Placed an order for a Pork Belly, some chicken breasts and sausages. I asked for the pork to be boned and they noted it on the delivery note. After all this was a job they could do far more expertly than I. Sadly on receipt the joint had not been boned. An email to them expressing disappointment also got ignored. Pork quality was good as was the chicken but the sausages were spoiled by a tough sausage casing which was not to my taste.

Would love to use them again but probably won't as the customer experience wasn't that compelling.

I have ordered Kimbers lovely unpasteurised milk for a while now. Deliveries have always arrived as agreed save for some courier mis-haps which have always been resolved politely and swiftly by the lady at the farm shop. A very happy customer indeed. Highly recommended

I have placed on order on 24.03.2021, the order should be delivered on 01.04.2021. No sign of my order on 01.04.2021.
I have called their customer service on 02.04.2021 and I've been told that they can't do anything as the order is stuck in Birmingham.
Really dissappointed with Kimber's Farm Shop. I will never ever buy from them again.

I have used Kimbers for some years. I find their meat excellent quality, delivery days can be scheduled if desired, and goods left where you choose. Delivery is always prompt, and meat is packed well with plenty of ice.
Clearly, they are still finding their feet to some extent in an online world, and communications beyond the routine can be a little erratic. Nevertheless, I find them a decent company with super quality food and have never had a mistake in my orders - indeed, rather than underfill weight, they will err on the side of overfilling. No hesitation in recommending.

order arrived a day early when I was away so sitting on the door step for up to 13 hours. called them and left message to call me back, they didn't.
was informed at time of order some product my be frozen, not a problem but by the time I opened the box nothing frozen and temperature above ideal. therefore the goat which may have been frozen went in the bin. away to see if I can get a chargeback from credit card company. this could easily have been solved amicably if they had called me back., but as stated before, on multiple review sites, customer service is not a priority. guess who I won't be placing an other order with.

Update... kfs have been in touch. After a frank discussion, yes mistakes are made, even with the best intentions. Stars now updated to 3 and hopefully next order will be a 5

Smaller farm companies are often prone to bad reviews as only those with bad experiences tend to write reviews. I ordered raw milk from them and it came on time packaged with ice pack and the milk was cold as it should be. The milk itself was great. Although i get my raw milk from a separate supplier, i will definitely be buying from Kimber's as a backup option.

Having already ordered and enjoyed their sausages, we re-ordered, to find that the texture and taste was very different and pretty unpleasant. The sausage meat looked and tasted as tho it had almost been pureed.

Kimbers asked us to review the purchase, and we said what we'd found. They were immediately in touch, saying how proud they were of their reputation etc, and suggesting that a new apprentice, left unsupervised, had not followed the Kimber sausage protocol. We waited to hear and when we didn't we rang them.

Yes, that was what had happened, we were told, thank you very much for telling us and the issue is now resolved. Amazingly, they never mentioned that they'd supplied goods which they'd admitted were sub-standard. In fact they treated us as though we were quality control staff, or mystery shoppers, but certainly not as disappointed customers

After some days we wrote pointing this out, and that it would be normal to offer either a replacement or a refund.

Nothing.

A business with poor quality control and lamentable lack of customer awareness. Their failure to respond to negative comment says it all.

Placed an order by mistake and notified them within 20 minutes of the error. I was obviously covered by the consumer credit 14 day cooling off period but this company totally ignored all my emails, charged my card, made no attempt at stopping the transaction and continued to ignore my emails after I was forced to take delivery. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful and obviously they don't have any concept of customer service. I shall be avoiding them from now on and suggest that you do the same.

Made an order,mainly meat, received nothing. No contact from Courier at all.
shabby treatment and a total waste of time and money, as a housebound disabled Pensioner I can ill afford this shoddy service

We ordered a rib joint on the bone, 2 gammon steaks and some lamb kidneys. We roasted the rib joint the next day so it hadn't even been frozen. The texture and the fatty taste was really good but little flavour in the meat itself. The gammon was more salty than anything else I've tried to eat in my life - so extreme I gave up after a few mouthfuls and threw away. Its a shame to give a review like this during a covid crisis when a business is providing an essential service but 1.5kg for 37.50£ etc you expect quality across the board.

I'm surprised it doesn't have any more reviews. When my normal supplied failed to deliver in these hard times, I looked for alternative. Arrived on time. Well packed. At first I was a bit sceptic as the meat had a bit more fat than I'd normally want but we lit the bbq and gave it a try. Very tender and tasty sirloins. The burgers were delicious and juicy. Lamb was good. I'm yet to cook the pheasant but we will def order again from them.

Full of garbage..advertising collar bacon..sending out middle cut. Can you get any lower than this?

Excellent service. I have ordered my goods online for a while with Kimbers Farm Shop. The quality is fantastic. True grassfed beef has yellow fat and the fat I order is truly yellow. I have ordered from other 'grass fed' online stores and the beef fat was white. The customer service is fantastic and they have still manged to send me orders during Covid-19. Extremely impressed and grateful. Their raw milk is fantastic as well. And, the prices are great!
