Kimkim’s expert assistance in Italy
Tasos and the team at Kimkim were incredible at planning and helping our 14 person group navigate during our 2 week trip. The trip was organized well and helped us maximize all aspects of our trip. Whether the service was airport pickup, limo drivers between destinations, train tickets/schedules, or hotels located at perfect locations, Tasos had everything covered. Even during our trip as changes were needed due to unforeseen issues, the Kimkim team was extremely efficient at helping make changes or alterations. We started in Venice and then traveled to Florence, Rome, Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, and Positano over two weeks. Every leg along the way was executed flawlessly. I highly recommend their team.

Robi and Croatia are fabulous
Having Robi as our trip planner and coordinator was terrific. He is super knowledgeable about all things Croatia, super attentive to our needs, made us feel like having a good, positive experience in Croatia was very important to him. And, our cycling guide, Borno, was equally helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable about cycling. We would highly recommend Robi for any tour in Croatia.

Perfectly planned for a 3 generation family.
Our trip was planned perfectly for our three generation family. Siena &Lea listened to all the requests and desires of our group and put an itinerary together that pleased everyone! Just the right amount of tours and leisure time. The cooking class in Santorini was a highlight ,so much fun. The tour guides in Athens & Naxos were excellent. Drivers were organized and ready for us at all locations. Made moving around 8 people very smooth. Will definitely go to Kimkim again!

Ireland 2025 Solo Travel
My host, Aleksandra, made this experience great! She had great communication and was open to feedback regarding my itinerary. Her knowledge of Ireland and its best attractions and experience was incredible. She informed me of things I should do and consider with this being my first trip to Ireland and to Europe. I felt the cost was very reasonable and Aleksandra was able to secure great accommodations and experiences for me while I was there!

14 from Raleigh had a GREAT time in Italy
Let me first say the trip was a great experience and well put together. We met twice on a call with planner, Tasos, to explain what we were looking and our budget. We had 7 couples going and wanted to cover from Venice to the Amalfi Coast. The package he put together exceeded all our expectations. For me, the most impressive component that went off without an issue, was all the different meeting up with hotels, drivers, tour guides and restaurants reservations for 14 people, luggage for 2 weeks, 7 cities, 14 days and 5 different flight schedules. After the second day, we did not worry about any of this the rest of the trip. The hotels all met our expectations for location and cost. The tours Tasos chose for us were all good, some were excellent, but none were "we wish we did something else". All were as described. One thing we really appreciated was the communication using Whatsapp while on the trip. We had issues/questions and we got quick and helpful responses. The support team there was very responsive. Tasos built plenty of free time, per our request, for us to do additional exploring in each city. Everyone is still talking about what a great trip it was.
We told him we wanted to see "what you are supposed to see" in each city and we believe we did.
We only issue and that was our trip from Florence to Rome through Tuscany. We believe that day was over scheduled and did not meet expectations because of that. We did enjoy the things we did do. And the bus driver did not drop us off at our hotel. We had to walk 1/2 mile with our luggage. We have discussed this with Tasos. But the rest of the trip was so good, this is now a distant memory.

Trip of a life time in Croatia
We had an excellent trip in Croatia and Slovenia. Nikola was great. He responded to any needs or questions quickly and in a timely fashion. Working with him made everything easy. The tours including a cooking class and bike tour with local families were amazing experiences where we learned so much and enjoyed wonderful food and wine that they had produced. Memorable trip to Portugal
Marina was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in planning our trip to Portugal. She listened to our preferences and offered excursions that gave us the best experiences in each city we visited. We had a couple drop out at the last minute and Marina was able to notify our hotels and drivers of the change in number, but some of the hotels still had issues with the reservations. One of the Algarve Quitas we booked for a wine tasting and lunch suddenly decided that they were closing on May 1 due to a national holiday; however, we had booked the excursion many months prior and that was not mentioned. Natalia and Nadia, our KimKim local support agents, attempted to rebook it to the prior evening but it did not meet our schedule. If there is opportunity for improvement, it is to check with the customer prior to arranging changes to an excursion. This also caused a scheduling mix-up with our driver for the day and we had to reach out directly to ensure the pickup time from our hotel was not too late. Overall, it was a memorable trip and KimKim did an excellent job under the circumstances. I highly recommend them for travel planning.

Questionable
I'm not sure how to rate this company. I really want them to succeed, but our experience has been mixed. KimKim has organized two different trips in Asia for us. The first was executed flawlessly, while the second (recent) one was the worst travel experience we've ever experience. So I guess a this point in time I'm going with a 1 star and if they respond in a positive manner, to find a resolution for this recent trip, I'll do the honorable thing and adjust this review accordingly.

2nd time using Kimkim !
This trip to Morocco was our second experience with Kimkim. Our first was a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Both were excellent trips. I think the Kimkim platform is fantastic because it allows the traveller to be involved in the planning, while having the support of someone who knows the area. In the planning stages our contact was very responsive and that timely responsiveness continued while on the trip. We will use Kimkim again.

Outstanding Experience in the Balkans!
Our Zagreb, Croatia native consultant, Anna-Maria, was intelligent, friendly, helpful, thorough, patient and always willing to answer questions concerning our trip through Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Bosnia. We felt very prepared for our trip, as our consultant Anna-Maria was a great travel consultant—a local who was knowledgeable of the counties we wanted to visit. Communication with her was top notch prior to the trip and during! She designed a great itinerary and the booking process was seamless! We were so happy with our accommodations, tour guides, rental car, and appreciated all of her suggested activities during our first trip to these countries. We stayed in some lovely hotels, very conveniently located and that provided some very nice breakfasts. Her itinerary allowed us the flexibility of visiting sights along the way, or taking diversions and exploring areas. The itinerary was filled with plenty of activities to do, but with time to rest. The activities she scheduled were well planned and timed. We did not feel rushed at anytime as she insured we had a good balance between activities and free time. Her Itinerary provided such beauty and diversity around every turn. Anna-Maria and all the tour guides she booked at each location were extremely helpful and prompt at answering our emails/texts and providing us with answers to any of our questions. Our trip was a success from the moment we arrived. We did not have one issue at all with our time in these countries. Our trip was educational, fun and memorable. We will definitely be using KimKim in the future for any travel they offer to other various locations that interest us.

Croatia…..loved it.
Our experience was exceptional. From beginning to end. It was clear, right from the start that Anna Maria had paid very close attention to details. Our first day we toured Zagreb with Doro, brilliant. Her knowledge of the city was detailed and she had many personal stories that made our experience even better! From Zagreb, we drove, we were driven, we ferried and we flew. Along the way we stayed in amazing hotels, had incredible guides and ate some of the best food I’ve ever had. Croatia is a beautiful country with friendly people. I loved it.
