Our recent trip to Italy from Venice, Florence, and Rome to Positano went better than I ever could have imagined! My mother and I planned this trip with Eirini’s expert help. She provided invaluable experience and suggestions. I found her to be very thorough and quick to reply when I had questions. Every tour, accommodation and transfer met or exceeded our expectations! Even more important than the pre-trip planning, I found the responsiveness during our trip the best part. Each day, I was sent a message with the itinerary for the next day with links to each ticket we might need. When I had questions or concerns, my messages were answered immediately and expertly. I would not hesitate to use this service again and wholeheartedly recommend them!

There are a few outstanding people and tours I want to specifically mention. First, our tour guide in Venice was absolutely amazing! Sarah was so friendly and hospitable. We felt like family by the time we were finished! We came to love Venice thanks to her unique insight. She was top notch!

Next, our tour guide in Florence—Elena from Walks Italy—did an excellent job. Even better was our cooking class with Alberto! This was probably the highlight of the trip and most definitely one of our best meals. We so thoroughly enjoyed this experience and loved our interaction with him!

In Rome, we considered ourselves so fortunate to meet Linda from Liv Tours, the tour guide for the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. She was phenomenal and gave a tour with the perfect balance of humor, personality and information. I felt like the size of this group was perfect (only 6 of us).

In Pompeii, our tour guide was also incredible, although his name eludes me. We loved our time in Pompeii!

Last but not least, our suite in Positano was absolutely amazing! I was dubious about it since I had had my heart set on a really upscale hotel that I couldn’t afford. But the Imperati Suites exceeded every expectation I had. It was the cutest place I’ve ever stayed with the most amazing view, the most relaxing shower and a breakfast that blew us away. As if that were not enough, the host, Katia, made it even better. She was so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I can not sing the praises of this place enough. And the little restaurant nearby (Mediterranio) was our favorite of the whole trip, so we went twice! I am so grateful that Eirini recommended this accommodation as a more budget friendly option. I can’t imagine we would have enjoyed anywhere else as much as we enjoyed our stay here!

As I said before, each transfer and train ride went flawlessly and we were so appreciative that we had all those logistics worked out ahead of time! Thank you so much for providing excellent service and clear communication throughout so we were free to enjoy every moment of this spectacular trip! We will treasure our time in Italy forever!

Our agent booked a trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone. We went on walking tours in Tokyo to the Yanaka, Asakusa and Omotesando areas. In Kyoto we had the same guide for two days who took us through Gion and Nara. All of the guides were very knowledgable and friendly. They were willing to answer any questions we asked them. Our experiences (sumo, cooking, tea ceremony, urushi, ninja) were very educational and a lot of fun.

Planning the trip with Amandine was seamless and exciting. But the support we got throughout the trip was also amazing. Thank you Amandine!

Booked our honeymoon to Portugal using kimkim and it was honestly a dream vacation! From the excursions to the hotels to the private drivers, everything was truly amazing!

During our stay there were protests throughout City. By having our Kim Kim arranged transport and guides we were kept safe and travel disruptions were kept to a minimum. When in a foreign country things happen, having skilled travel professionals make a great difference.

We are very grateful for Giorgia and the KimKim team for planning our “Cathedral Tour.” Giorgia was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful before and during the trip. Every stop went smoothly. All three tour guides were excellent. Diego in A Coruna gave us a great feel for the region’s history and culture. He even ran to retrieve a phone I’d dropped at a park bench! Maria in Leon knew so many details about the Basilica of St. Mary. And Imma in Salamanca was delightful and filled us with welcome information about the new and old cathedrals and Spain’s oldest university. They were each friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our interests. With the exception of Pontevedra, we’d stay in every hotel again. Razior, El Moderne, HC Collection were all great. Our favorite was Hotel Rector in Salamanca, the 5-star boutique that had multiple extra nice touches (e.g., champagne on ice and a welcome note). Again, we are glad to have worked with Giorgia and the KimKim team and will do so again for a trip next year.

Our trip was very well organized, and our Kim Kim agent listened to every one of our many requests. The accommodations arranged for our group were wonderful. The response when we did reach out during our travel was immediate and our needs met without issue. Every outing was amazing and all the operators were professional and well informed. Thank you Siena and Leah for all your work to help make our trip truly memorable.

Excellent experience! The tour guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional which made at ease and fun.

We visited all venues that I wanted. Guides and drivers were exactly on time, made our visit seem safe, always took us to the front of the lines. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and spoke fairly good English. Food was monotonous and upset our California guts.

The entire trip was amazing. We went with our grown children and one of their fiancé. All the safari's, hotels and attractions met our expectations. Our travel agent reached out to us throughout our trip via WhatsApp to check on us.

We were looking for a custom 7 days tour of Fjords in Norway. The traditional tour operators had standard trip plan which was not suitable. With the help of Microsoft search engine Copilot we got in touch with an online portal KIMKIM.COM.
The first response from a local Norway based tour operator Ms Krista was very pleasant. Presentation of places to visit, the daily trip plan was impressive. She was not rigid & willing to make changes where we felt the trip was hectic for a couple 70 years +
The written content about the places that we were to visit is quite detailed & contained lots of minute but very helpful information with pictures & route maps. Even the walking distance from hotel to boat/bus terminal is explained properly. All transport arrangements including purchase of train /bus or boat tickets in advance is very helpful as we did not waste time locally looking for buying.
Selection of hotels & the rooms was quite appropriate suiting our budgets. In Oslo our hotel was very near train station ,so the room had a city view but in Bergen, Alesund & Andalsnes view from our room was excellent & all were at higher floors.

We enjoyed the UNESCO HERITAGE Fjords of Geiranger besides journey to other fjords.
Best part of Kimkim.com is the involvement of small team of local Norway based licensed travel agents Krista & Jacob, both replied to our query promptly. It seems local small business enterprise helps in keeping overheads of KimKim team competitive.

It was a good idea to book dinner for 2 of us at Eggen restaurant in Andalsnes but it is very expensive.
We very much enjoyed our visit to Nobel Peace Centre & Vigeland Sculpture Park in Oslo.
Whenever possible, in future we will again consider KimKim for our arrangements.
