I absolutely loved Kimmy’s online…


I absolutely loved Kimmy’s online fitness classes! Each session was amazing and so well put together – from high-energy HIIT and challenging Metcon workouts to the strength-building weighted sessions and the mindful, toning Pilates classes. I enjoyed every single one of them. Kimmy keeps the workouts engaging, fun, and motivating, and I always finished feeling stronger, fitter, and uplifted. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for variety, challenge, and results.

Just do it!!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

I joined Kimmy’s training program because I had been going to the gym and saving random work outs from influencers on Instagram and trying to build my own regiment. I went to the gym 5 days a week, practiced strength training, interval cardio, and core. I did this for a year and nothing changed!!! I decided my energy and time was more important to me and I joined Kimmysfitness.

Kimmy has a wholistic mindful approach and is great with programming. She offers everything from core training (I love her corset abs program), meal planning, somatic healing, breath work, yoga, strength training, progressive overload, and Pilates. I’m sure she offers more but this is what I utilized most!

She’s makes it a point to remain active in group chat and even 1:1 messaging. She has guided me through form and technique challenges and offers a supportive and encouraging advice.

I made BIG gains through her program- my glutes, core, over all strength and mobility had improved greatly!!!

I highly recommend giving her a try!!!

Amazing coach, so warm and welcoming with incredible knowledge.

Kimmy is an amazing woman with incredible knowledge about health and fitness. Once you enter into her coaching, you feel like you are a part of her family and she is always on hand to answer any questions or to just give you a boost. Her exercise sessions and fun, easy to fit into a busy schedule and they work! She really is a superwoman.

Truly amazing woman helping women!

My husband booked me a 1:1 personal training session with Kimmy, as I have followed her on Instagram for several years. I am 40 with two children and very much got out of exercise after my 2nd child two years ago. Kimmy is the only personal trainer I have ever had who seems to really understand pregnancy/post-partum, women's bodies, hormones, their emotional wellbeing, and, how these all interact to impact exercise. She is hands down the best fitness instructor I have ever come across; knowledgeable in such a humble way (I don't think she knows just how good she is!) and kind. She teaches you to embrace and work with your body as it is in order to then develop without causing your body (and you!) additional stress. No other instructor has even discussed with me the impact of pregnancy / childbirth on my body and what this means for my training. On top of all of this, Kimmy also honored the voucher my husband bought me for waaaayyy longer than she should have because, well she understands as a busy mum, you often don't prioritize yourself - thank you so much for this Kimmy! Would highly recommend this woman supporting women.

Truly transformational


I am 46 years old and a mother of two. My first pregnancy and labour were text book, but my second, 13 years ago, was a different story. After a very long labour I ended up having VERY fast emergency c-section. In addition to the surgical trauma I had also suffered diastasis recti, a large upper right abdominal tear and an umbilical hernia all of which were not clinically identified for a further 10 years. I have been a self employed, single mum for the majority of those years, work and the kids were always my priority. As a Sports Massage Therapist you could argue I certainly should have done more for myself, but I of course was always at the bottom of the “to do list”.
My abdominals were a total mess and I suffered daily with excruciating lower back pain. My self esteem was at rock bottom, I felt depressed and exhausted. My G.P. finally recommended cortisone injections to help manage the pain but at around the same time I discovered Kimmy! Her depth of knowledge, specifically about female abdominal repair immediately struck a chord and I joined the ‘5 Minutes a Day, Flat Tummy After Pregnancy’ program. It was incredible. I had never engaged in reparative exercises that were so carefully constructed and gentle and yet so specific and focussed. I could literally FEEL them working! I have always described a feeling of disconnection in my abdominals so this was an absolute revelation and I was hooked.
I joined the Online Studio and proceeded to follow the Corset Abs and Weighted Worx programs, both of which are amazing.
I am about 4 weeks in and I’m genuinely starting to feel so much stronger in my core. My mind to muscle connection is building daily, and I can say with absolute conviction that thanks to Kimmy’s expertise, guidance and encouragement, my body is finally healing! As an added bonus, my lower back pain is definitely improving, so much so that I have now declined the cortisone injections that I felt I desperately needed just a couple of months ago and i’m sleeping better too!
I still don’t have lots of time for myself but Kimmy’s short, intensive, carefully constructed, female focused workouts are literally ticking so many boxes for me. Sometimes I have only 5 or 10 minutes to spare but Kimmy has no problem in filling those minutes with some serious quality exercises. 🔥 Every movement, stretch, activation and lift is tailored to the wellness and optimisation of female body. Make no mistake, these are no ordinary workouts!
Kimmy is 100% a woman’s woman. She shares her life struggles and successes, laughs, sweats and screams along with the rest of us through the workouts. She brightens my day and makes me work harder than I ever have or would on my own. The changes I have already made physically, mentally and emotionally are palpable.

Kimmy is powerful highly recommend

Best coach ever !❤️

Kimmy is the best coach i ever had in my life. I begin training with her online 3 years ago, i never felt as good as i'm now. Her training is incredible, big energy, always wondering and teatching us to have the good move, learning how to breath , to rest... We learn a lot about our body.
I'm 50 years old never felt so young as now ! Kimmy i love you, thank you for being this incredible, beautiful, super wonderfull woman. Lots of kisses from France ❤️

Just what I needed

I’m used to keeping my strength and cardio training separate as I find working out more enjoyable this way. Until I tried Kimmy’s workouts which have a mix of both. They’re dynamic and challenging in a good way. Her workouts had me moving differently which felt great and improved my abysmal hand to eye co-ordination.

The 30 min workouts early in the morning, before work, were excellent and had my energy levels high throughout the day, and somehow I had a clear mind which helped me focus and be more productive.

I would definitely recommend.

kimmy is the best and safest instructor for pre/post natal exercise

Kimmy is extremely knowledgeable in women’s fitness, especially pre/post natal.

Her sessions were always good fun, I especially liked the higher intensity style workout and Pilates to focus more on my strength, core and balance.

I learnt so much about my core following pregnancy because of Kimmy and makes me wish I knew how to use my core correctly with exercise pre pregnancy!

I did the core reset and 12 week programme which helped significantly reduce my DI. And Kimmy was always on hand to ask questions or advise.

If you are pregnant or certainly PP….. I would 💯 use Kimmy’s online classes to support you getting back into exercise!

I love these work outs.

The results are amazing. The works outs are short and manageable and easy to fit into your day. Longest I’ve ever stuck at a fitness regime!

The Stretch and Mobility program is…

The Stretch and Mobility program is fantastic, I would never have believed how much difference stretch and mobility can make, love pigeon pose and when I started I couldn’t even hold my leg on the bend back and at the end could with ease, ready to do it all again! Thank you for a great program 😊

I am a 39-year-old with two kids

I am a 39-year-old with two kids, a 4-year-old and a 9-month-old. My pregnancies left me with severe diastasis recti (>8cm). I was disappointed, and I remember speaking to Kimmy because I was convinced that my only option was surgery.
Kimmy was great as she pretty much talked me down (lol!) and curated an individualised workout schedule for me. This was different from my pre-pregnancy workout because I had to focus on learning to brace my core and using this during the exercises. She also highlighted modifications for exercises that I thought I would not be able to do.

I am still a work in progress but I feel so much stronger and more confident.

A fabulous keep fit person to join!

Corset Abs 20 day Workout!

I've just completed a really challenging 20 day corset abs workout with Kimmy. This challenge has been brilliant in helping me kickstart my postpartum fitness journey as I started it at 8 weeks pp. Each workout was only a couple of minutes, but long enough to feel the burn and break into a sweat. I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts and Kimmy was just so kind and caring, ensuring everyone was ok. My core and pelvic floor are very thankful!

Great for moms

Kimmy has been the only fitness trainer that I’ve encountered who gives new moms the confidence and tools to get back on the horse / back on their fitness journey. I was very uncertain where to start again on the abs front and her 20 day program really helped me know what I need to do and how to feel safe in my workouts. Besides this she is so positive and supportive.
