Scammers, purchased items. Items sent were terrible and nothing like the item displayed. Sizing was completely wrong and obviously lacked QA. I informed them and originally got a reply, they offered me an offer to get 50% of my money back or 100% store credit if I didn’t send the items back. Which I said my preference was to return the items at my cost and receive a refund. I didn’t want anything else from the store after I had seen the quality (I didn’t mention this) after I said this, they completely ghosted me. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I order over 100$ worth and it has been a month but tracking order still shows as packaging and pending. I reached out through email help support but that did nothing I didnt already know. Started to feel like a scam so I’ll probably dispute with my bank and get my money back. Save your time and money and order from elsewhere.

No one answers the phone or email. Will be lucky to even receive your package.

Terrible unreliable company that does not have ways to contact them. They take your money and it is the end of their customer service. Do not buy anything from this people. I bought a Haori and I wanted to change for a smaller one but they have ignored my emails.
