The blade lock is the best that I have come across and the 'No Pinch' mechanism is a big help. I have had many different secateurs from many different company's, all of them have pinched my skin when cutting. All in all, the best yet.

I am now the owner of two Kimura knives. One for everyday chopping and the other for cutting bread. Both are well balances and feel great when using. Blades are sharp and solid through the handle. Love my knives

I bought cutters for pruning roses and shrubs. The cutters are really sharp and appear to be well made. They are also sharp and precise to cut cleanly through a leaf if required

Well made pair of secateurs, good quality metal, sharp and easy to use. Especially like the quick release mechanism.

I like the weight and balance of this pair of sheers. They just feel properly proportioned. Blades are sharp and the thick felt material on the handles makes them easy to handle for prolonged periods. I returned a pair of Felco garden sheers for these and am happy with the Kimuras.

Was delivered ahead of schedule and well packaged. They are very clearly a quality product of engineering. They are sturdy, very easy to use and extend to the height you require. I have tried them out over recent months and they are so easy with a no nonsense crisp cutting action and very much better than the electrical type trimmers. I had these secateurs purchased as a present for my husband. He absolutely loves them and uses them all the time. I have to watch him as he so enjoys using them, he can't wait to cut small branches off anything! They are extremely sharp and accurate. He also enjoys cleaning them up after use. I have to admit, they are as good as my more expensive pair. Really good value secateurs, I would highly recommend them.

The pair of edging shears I purchased are truly wonderful. They are, by far, the best ones I have ever had and, really, the cost was not a great deal more than I have paid for, by comparison, mediocre ones.

I recently bought a Kimura-PRO 202-Pro Telescopic Geared Hedge Shears on B&Q website, where demonstrates the length of the shears is 850mm in both the product description and diagram illustration. When I measured the shears upon delivery, I found the maximum length was around 750mm. So I sent an online return request. In the following three days I sent a few emails back and forth explaining the reasons for the return request with a few photos showing the measurements. The company asked me to send a video demonstrating opening and measuring the shears. And I did so as requested. Finally the company sent me a message agreeing a return without any instructions about how to return it.

My inquiry asking about whether they will collect the shears from my address or I shall return it to my local B&Q store has never been answered.

On the fourth day I took the shears directly to my local B&Q. A member of staff there processed the return and told me I could just bring it in. Hopefully I will receive the refund soon.

Very easy to order and a superb item. Delivery was fast and very happy. Will definately buy from Kimura again.

Best secateurs I’ve ever bought, very sharp and feel good in your hands, bright red, so I can see where I left them. Can be used for cutting flowers as well as branches.

The horizontal clipper works well and also saves my back.
