The item was not delivered

The item was not delivered. Required to collect the item from the depo. (40 minutes driving) Minimal help provided by customer care as the package is now with the carrier. (Not Our Problem) And refund will not be given until the package is returned.

Thoroughly disappointing from a recommended company. I will never use again.

According to the courier’s information (MRW), a delivery attempt was made, but no one was available at the address at that time, which is why the parcel was taken to the local depot. Unfortunately, once the shipment is with the carrier, we don’t have the ability to influence their delivery decisions directly.
That said, we absolutely don’t want you to feel left without support. Our customer care team follows the courier’s procedures in these cases, and refunds can only be processed once the parcel is returned to us. This is part of the standard logistics process, not a lack of willingness to help.
We truly regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.

Not delivered-legal actions to be taken

After more than two weeks waiting, we haven't got the item. We have been trying to contact you without success via phone and email. The shipping company says you have the product and haven't given them it. Unless we receive the package or a refund of the money, we will feel obliged to take legal actions against you.

Good structure but AWFUL SMELL!!!

In general, the crib is nice and sturdy, though there are some paint imperfections and scratches. However, the real problem is the horrible smell — it was so strong that we had to keep the crib on the balcony day and night for five days before it became bearable enough to bring inside. Even after another week, it still has a slight odor. With the windows open all day it’s almost unnoticeable, but if the windows are closed, the smell accumulates and becomes unbearable again.
Delivery was fast 2-3 days

Excellent quality

We ordered the travel cot direct from the company. Item is very good quality and was delivered on time. The cot is very easy to assemble and fold away. If the mattress was a couple of centimetres thicker it would have been a 5 Star ⭐

Product not delivered

Sunday, September 15th we ordered a baby travelbed, because in the webshop it said it will be delievered by Friday the 19th. Now it is September 25th and we still did not get the product delivered. We sent 2 emails, no response so far. We tried to call the officenumber they refered to on the confirmation order yesterday and today. Both days it said the office remains close. So we do not have a chance to reach them. We paid for it and need it this weekend so what can we do? I

Kinderkraft

I paid for my pushchair on 14th August and my baby still doesn't have a pram. MRW the courier that this company use are liars and do not deliver the items! If they continue to use MRW I would consider not purchasing anything from this company.
They told me that they could not find the address and promised to deliver Monday or Tuesday of this week.
I still do not have it and I am going to denounce MRW if this is not resolved.

Chair

I received the high chair on time and the delivery was very fast — thank you for that. The design is beautiful and I really liked the overall look and quality of the materials.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to use it. The footrest does not slide into place properly — it would require using a hammer to push it in fully, which we obviously didn’t want to do. Additionally, the front bar is fixed with screws and needs to be unscrewed every time we want to seat the child. I had expected it to be removable more easily.

My child is 1 year and 3 months old, and it’s currently impossible to seat him comfortably, as the fixed front bar gets in the way. If I remove the bar, I won’t be able to fasten the safety harness properly.

Sadly, this turned out to be an unsuccessful purchase for us, and I would like to return the item.
