Our nonprofit has been able to better track and maintain our donor base since we started using Kindful 2+ years ago. There are several facets we haven’t used yet, but we are looking forward to the improvements to our donor management when we have time to implement things we have learned from guides and webinars. Kindful has made it so much easier for me to manage donation receipts for our nonprofit organization. I love how we can link paypal directly into Kindful.

System is easy to use and very dynamic. Love all the integrations offered. This way if Kindful doesn't do what we need there is inevitably another platform that does but the systems are still linked. Customer service is 100% the best part. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the biggest selling points after spending a lot of time on other systems with getting very little support

This is a great CRM that can be tailored to fit the needs of most any nonprofit. The difficulties lie in trouble shooting and initial training. Customer reps rely on printed help menus and often don't assume they have been read by the user. Complicated problems are referred to the "engineers" and often take weeks to be addressed completely. Since one can never discuss a problem with the engineers, there is a significant barrier to complete communication resulting in incomplete resolution of problems.

Kindful is very user friendly. It easily allows me to track donors, find contacts, separate contacts, and so much more!

Kindful was a huge step up from the CRM that we were using previously. The ability to customize reports is very helpful, and the automated features have been a significant time saver. We evaluated many options before choosing Kindful, and it's by far the most intuitive and visually appealing CRM we looked at.

While it's easy to create campaigns, I wish some of the elements were kept in memory (images, thank you messages, prompts). This would make it easier when completing multiple campaigns using very similar content.

Kindful is great for aggregating donor information. We've noticed a big uptick in recurring donors since we set up Kindful! It's easy to engage our donors as they have a profile with Kindful and can manage their donation amounts through the easy-to-use platform.

Kindful has been absolutely essential for Friends of Kijabe. It pays for itself with the add credit card fee option at checkout. Support is great, plays nicely with other programs.

Syncs with quickbooks, though does require diligence to make sure designations and funds are correct.

Looking forward to switching to Emma for email sync possibilities.

Kindful is excellent, for the price point. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would be nice to have a few more features to help us with annual contact record updating. However, I understand that more robustness comes at a higher price point, and I am very comfortable with the features I have now.

5 stars up and down for the customer service! They're prompt, ask clarifying questions as needed to make sure they understand your exact need, and provide very clear responses.

We've been with Kindful for a year now. Their CRM software has helped us be more efficient and up our game. They are always coming out with useful improvements. Their webinars are helpful not only in using their software but also in enhancing how your business is run. It's clear, their goal is to make each organization the best it can be.

Awesome software for organizing donor data. We appreciate all the integrations. I do wish it was more intuitive to create different lists, and that there was more on-demand training available after you purchase though.

It's a straight forward, easy to use donor database. It's reporting tools might not be the robust but it would be perfect for a lot of small to mid-tier nonprofit organizations. At our organization, it's particularly great because it allows multiple users to do data entry without much training.

Kindful is a very versatile and well developed CRM with far less setup and investment to get into compared to other larger ones. The reports and filtering tools have completely opened our org up to be able to target contacts and donors in specific ways. It dynamically syncs contacts in with Emma for mass emailing. There are some specific tools and functionality that we would love to see developed, but their support staff is very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for any small or mid-sized org looking to transition into a well supported and up-to-date CRM.

Kindful is very easy to use and it looks great! Our website registration uses Stripe and it makes it so seamless that Kindful also uses Stripe.
