We love the integrations and easily generated reports!

I just find it so very difficult to find the reports I want and how to print them. I have a set report to come to me on Monday's, but 1 week it will come in a spreadsheet, the next time it just might be a document. Sometimes it is unreadable as the information is all on top of each other.
I also find it difficult to add in new categories.

We have been using kindle for almost two years now. The tool is wonderful and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

Great way to keep track of our donors information and donations.
Easy to use. When I call with questions, the support staff is very helpful.

Overall we love Kindful. Migration was not painful and it is simple to use. Yes, there are some tweaks and small things here and there that could definitely be better...but all things we can work around.

Kindful is a game changer for me. I came from a large nonprofit with 50+ employees and a clunky old CRM that took 5 of us to figure out how to pull data and reports! Now I’m with a small nonprofit and am the only stateside employee. Kindful is so user friendly I can pull my data quickly and efficiently. If I have have trouble or need a quick solution, I have someone from Kindful on the phone or email within the day. My organization is able to do more than we ever thought possible because of what kindful offers us!

the quick response time and customer service is is my favorite aspect of Kindful. They are always very timely in any request and followup to make sure your questions have been answered.

I have been using Kindful now for two years and am very pleased with the software. It is intuitive, and the company is always striving to make it the most user-friendly fundraising software on the market. They ask their clients input and they actually listen!

I would recommend Kindful to any small to medium sized non-profit for productivity, user ease and the cost.

I love having a cloud-based donor management solution that integrates well with sites like Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Ticketspice, and many more. It allows me to grow my donor list without having to fret over details.

I think they could do a little better on training how to use filters/make reports. But all in all Kindful is solid.

We've been using this CRM for nearly 2 years and it's only gotten better and better. We do run into issues from time to time but the support team has been willing to help.

Kindful is a powerful tool to help our small non-profit manage donor relations and conduct fundraising. I particularly appreciate the fast and helpful responses to our questions. There are a few things that would make life easier- like formatting thank you letters (and envelopes) and being able to hide data fields we don't use. But we are still learning. Kindful has proved to be an excellent donor management system for our small School. It is easy to learn and intuitive so that even volunteers can pick up on it quickly. Customer support has been excellent with my many many questions.

We love working with Kindful. They have a great dashboard with helpful graphs, it's easy to use and yet contains all the data you need. They've been a really great tool for our non-profit. Highly recommend.

Kindful has been a great fit for us as a small non-profit. It has enabled us to be much more effective in managing our donor database and we have seen an increase of over 20% in our annual donations since implementing Kindful. The features are sufficiently robust, it supports our crowdfunding, and the customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Kindful to like non-profits!

Kindful's customer support is one of their greatest features! We also love that Kindful is responsive to customer needs/suggestions and works to constantly improve in order to better meet customer needs. This is the first CRM we have used, and it has been an excellent experience. Our only real disappointment has been the peer-to-peer fundraising option. Otherwise, we have been very satisfied!

Does everything I need. Great UI.

The software has definitely put our organization in a better place. However, there are still some changes that could be made to give it 5 stars. For starters, the contact duplicate finder is not as strong as it could be. I wish it were possible to scroll through the contacts when you search for them in the main search bar. The software is also not as intuitive as it could be. Running reports can also be tricky.

We are much happier than we were with our previous software and Kindful has made donor management much easier.
