Terrible company. Paid (far too much) for these on subscription. Around the time the second box was posted, I started getting itchy, as did both my children, we then realised it was the change in laundry detergent. I contacted Kind, who refused to refund the cost of the second box. Have now spent a fortune on detergent I can’t use. Terrible ethics on their part.

Do not buy anything from this company, run away from them, they are scammers and have no interest whatsoever in helping their customers.
I made a purchase, and the company they hired to deliver came to my building, got in somehow, and left the package outside my apartment.
I was not at home and when I got back the package was not there.
I sent a message to the supposed company called "Kind Laundry" and they simply replied, "it's not our problem, they delivered it to us, you have to deal with it, talk to your neighbors or the administrator of your building, we can't do anything for you".
For the record, I bought it and chose to have the order DELIVERED TO ME, but instead, the order was DELIVERED IN THE HALLWAY OF MY BUILDING, WHERE ANYONE CAN GO AND GET IT, in other words, THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME.
Now I'm going to look for my lawyer to sue this company for their extreme lack of respect for the customer.
