100% total scam. I have tried to contact the buisness over and over. I never recieved my order for a fathers day gift. I have yet to get a refund either. DON'T USE OR TRUST!!

It’s August 26th and I just realized I never received this order. I thought about it a few times and I thought maybe it’s just on back order because it was for Father’s Day. I looked and I saw the transaction and I looked to see if I had a email confirmation but nothing. I seen this on Instagram and purchased it because I wanted it to get it for my father because he work outside and I never received it. I look up the website and it seems like it’s a scam. I look up the website and nothing pops up like it’s blocked or deleted.

This company is differently a SCAM!!!! I order 3 hats valued at 89.00. I emailed them and no response. I called my bank because the track was gone and I could not access the site and it disappeared from my original email that I received with the tracking info, and from shop.The bank issued me a refund and a few weeks later I had the funds withdrawn from my accountof 89.00. I called the bank again to see why I was charged again. They stated kindly gift said I had received my items. Bullshit!!!! Now I have to upload everything to my bank. They told my bank that it was delivered 6/10/25 and I got an emailed saying it was on the way on 6/11. So, I have to emailed all this info to my bank now. Please, call your bank and fight for your money. Show them emails you received from them whatever you may have. I hope this helps everyone. I am going to try to get what was stolen from me.

Scammed on Father’s Day

How is it that these companies can continue to steal from us on these platforms? I’m also still waiting for my Father’s Day gift. I have a order number and tracking number that I guess is tied to nothing. I guess I’m going back to not purchasing from Shopify, Facebook or Tik Tok Shop anymore. $70 down the drain. I’ve contacted everyone I could at this point. Don’t buy from them!!!

Imagine to my surprise I'm still looking for my father's day gift, yes it's that damn solar powered fan hat, I type in the company name and these reviews pop up and now the website is completely gone! 🤬 Can't believe they got us like that! So lesson learned for me, I'll just purchase from Amazon from now on.

I cannot wait for this whole company to be charged for fraud. My attorney and bank are both working on it right now. Pretty pathetic this company uses Father’s Day and other special holidays to scam and steal money from people. I hope everyone involved with this fake company goes to jail and stays.

I ordered May 31st thinking I’d be timely for Fathers Day. Father’s Day came and went. I’ve followed up twice to communicate my concerns and the website no longer exists. Kindly gift.com is a scam!!

Placed an order for 2 hats with the fans for fathers day never received a text,or items i paid with shop pay .kindely gifts are still taking money. I need help.

Just like everyone else here I got scammed, placed my order for a nice mothers day gift for my wife and got some crap order that I did not order. They actually responded to my email and said they would resend the proper order. Then 1.5 months passed and nothing. And no more responses, and the website is shut down. So they got me for a good chunk of change! RIP OFF!!

I was scammed, ordered 5 solar fan hats never received them after multiple attempts by email. These items were charged to my credit card, the money was taken out but never received the items.
After attempting to reach out to the company, founded out the company is located in CHINA.

Same as others! I didn't take the time to look into this site bc I thought I was ordering a thoughtful gift for my hubby for Father's Day. Got a confirmation and shipping email but the tracking was for a non-legit looking airline. Then gift was never received and unable to contact anyone. Website is now gone. SCAM!!!!!

Scammers’ I should have researched first

A true example of scamming. I actually fell for it and order a solar fan hat for my husband for Father's Day. It was ordered in May. I have sent multiple emails requesting my order. ZERO responses. Terrible in every way. Very disappointed! They truly do not care about anything except scamming others.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as many other people. Ordered 1 hat for a father's Day gift and got a tracking number then it said it was delivered after 3 weeks of waiting and it was never delivered. They never answered my emails. I got scammed!

Terrible! I ordered 3 hats and never received them. Now affirm is still taking payments out of my bank account for an item that I never received. Horrible communication. Do not order from this company or website.

On 6/10/25 I ordered a Solar Powered Hat. The money was drafted out of my account the very next day. Kindlygift sent me the tracking information on my item. On 6/30/25 I sent them an email to which they never responded to. On 7/9/25 they showed the item still in route. On 7/10/25 Kindlygift showed the item delivered 7/7/25. Which it never was. Then they took the tracking number down as if it had been delivered. In addition, they never showed the company that was supposed to deliver. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam. FH
