I have really enjoyed these, I can definitely tell a difference in myself. There have been a few times I felt the dose was too high and I had to cut the patch in half, but I love them and love how easy they are to use, and remove with no sticky residue left behind.

It doesn't work at all. I couldn't even tell I put anything in my system when I wore the patches. I even doubled the dose and still nothing. They are a waste of time and money. I felt scammed.

Definitely will not stop taking! From someone who’s on antidepressants and anti anxiety when I don’t take this my mood is awful. I went a week without due to forgetting and it was very noticeable! These will forever be attached to me!
