I’ve been using these for a while now and although I didn’t notice a massive difference when I was using them I did notice a difference when I went on holiday for 3 weeks and forgot to take them with me and started to get my brain fog back. Will continue to buy as they are clearly doing something

Easy to apply but make sure skin is clean and dry, I think they are working as I feel quite well and young looking for my age.
