As some diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and panic disorder I’ve been on the constant hunt for a product that helps that is clean and non drowsy. These patches have been a blessing. When I’m uptight or stressed i just pop one on my wrist and in about 15-30 mins I can feel a calmness come over me. They aren’t a cure all for my issues but they have greatly help me avoid a full blown panic attack. I’ve not struggled as much with fight or flight (usually flight) since i began wearing them!
