I have a high stress life, as most of us do. I have been searching for a more natural method and these hit the spot!! I use them religiously everyday with other physical remedies and actual notice a difference in how my body feels. They have quickly become a staple in my "getting ready" morning routine.

If I combine this one with the menopause, patch those to work very well together at night and help rest better. Unfortunately, I have sensitivities to the adhesive and I cannot wear one every night.

Yes I would get this product over and over again. These patches take the edge off but if you use them too much they can make you more stress
