I feel better since I began using these patches, Better, more complete movements and less bloating.

The unpuff patches dont seem to work that well if at all. I usually have to use multiple.

I bought a patch bundle and wore them each day for a month. I didn't notice a single difference except for irritated circles of skin where the patches were, particularly the unpuff ones. Very upset about this as I went off the reviews and am on a very low salary so wasted money.
