I would have appreciated the option to follow the parcel and the tracking was never shared with me, otherwise it arrived and it works. Sadly after receiving the parcel I saw it selling in other online stores cheaper and without stating they were doing a sale! Baseline your “sale” was more expensive than the average price I found.
The product works well although I am not sure how AI is related. It was advertised as being an HTC product, however it is not from HTC. The product came from China. Still good product for the money paid.
