Great service and repaire on my divers watch. Very speedy service only 10 days. Will use again.

On leaving the Army many years ago I was gifted a Seiko Kinetic watch which was one of the watches we were all keen to have at the time. As such it holds quite a bit of sentimental value.

When it stopped working a couple of years ago I put it in a drawer and only recently made the effort to get it repaired and serviced.

I sent my watch off with some trepidation but the service was seamless and when it was returned I was overjoyed to see not only was it working 'a treat' but had been cleaned and looked almost brand new.

Kinetic Repairs clearly did a first class job, at a great price and in a decent turn around time. I really do recommend them and if there are ever any issues with my watch in the future I'll definitely be sending it to them!!!

Kinetic Repairs have just fully serviced and replaced the power cell in my 20+ year old Seiko Kinetic. Seiko had already told me they could not do this as they can no longer get the parts from Japan !
Having checked with Liz at Kinetic she assured me it could be done. The watch was securely returned to me within the stated timeline fully working and sparkling clean. I will be using them again

My Seiko Kinetic watch, that I bought in 2001, had stopped working in 2016 and a local watch repairer said it could not be repaired. I came across Kinetic Repairs and after reading the other reviews thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did, my watch was repaired in under 10 days, looks cleaner than when I posted it off and more importantly is working like new. Very impressed and pleased with the whole experience.

I needed to check whether a fault with the dial alignment of my Seiko Kinetic Titanium could be rectified by Kinetic Repairs, so I emailed them details of the issue together with a photograph.
I received a helpful response from Liz within hours and, after a quick exchange of a couple of emails, a solution was identified and a very reasonable quote provided.
I sent the watch off and was very pleased to receive it back, fully repaired, in just one week.

This is my first time working with Kinetic Repairs and I have nothing but praise. Owing to my missing their notice of holiday closure on their website my watch was held by Royal Mail. I was fully updated by Liz and I could then again sleep knowing that everything was under control.
My Seiko Kinetic Titanium is now back with me having had a full service and clean. It looks like new and has not lost or gained a second since back on my wrist. After cleaning and polishing it looks like new and as mentioned is working perfectly.
Communication with Kinetic Repairs has been first class and very reassuring. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and wish them continued success. Yes, a very happy customer.

I have a Seiko divers’ watch which had not worked for many years. I sent it to Seiko via Goldsmiths jewellers and was told it was obsolete and could not be repaired as parts were no longer available.
I also have another watch which I had unsuccessfully taken to Phoenix watch repairers.
John from Kinetic repairs fixed both quickly, effectively and at a great price within a week.

After my service ten years ago via a jeweller, my Kinetic had never been fully satisfactory. Now Kinetic Repairs have made all the difference: timekeeping is spot-on and the watch now holds its power. Fully recommended in all respects.

Great initial contact with a helpful and very quick response to my enquiry email. My 50-year-old Seiko watch has been expertly serviced and returned safely. They even collected my watch from the local delivery office when Royal Mail failed to meet their 24 hr promised delivery! The serviced watch was returned securely and promptly in excellent condition.
All round, an outstanding service which I have no hesitation in recommending.

I had a few questions about servicing my old Kinetic. I got a really helpful and detailed answer from Kinetic Repairs so I sent it to them. Service was fast and professional. Delighted to have old favourite back and working again. Recommended.

With a little trepidation I took the plunge and sent my treasured Seiko, due to bank holiday the tracking system said it hadn't arrived. Quick text, Liz collected from PO, I had a few questions which Liz & John answered fully and patiently. My watch arrived back as promised looking like new and working properly. Excellent service. Seiko had my watch and said it couldn’t be repaired as the parts were no longer available from Japan . Kinetic Repairs, fixed and serviced it in no time at all.

My experience with them has been excellent, I've had two watches repair and working like new both Seiko Kinetics (5M42-0E49), then the other day a rivet came out and John, the owner, is going to send me one free of charge.
