Leaving Patients in Agony While Stringing Them Along – Disgraceful Service

If you are looking for professional medical care—especially when you are in pain—do yourself a favour and avoid Kinetix Healthcare at all costs.

Their complete lack of empathy, basic communication, and operational structure is appalling.I booked a home visit for 11:00 AM while dealing with severe, agonizing physical pain.

When you call a healthcare provider, you expect a basic standard of care and reliability. Instead, I was met with total disregard. At 11:09 AM the morning of the appointment, I messaged to confirm ETA.

Rather than giving an honest update, they strung me along claiming "he is already on his way" and "he will be there soon".

Meanwhile, I was sitting at home in agony, waiting for treatment that never arrived. By 11:14 AM—already well past the appointment time—there was still no sign of anyone.

Only after I repeatedly pressed them and gave a firm cutoff did they bother checking. It wasn't until 11:23 AM—nearly 25 minutes late—that they suddenly claimed the therapist's car had broken down. That old chesnut lol.

Leaving a patient suffering in pain while feeding them empty assurances that someone is "on the way" is not just unprofessional—it is inhumane for a medical service.

A real clinic monitors their appointments and proactively alerts clients to delays. Zero empathy, zero respect for patients, and completely incompetent coordination.

Save yourself the frustration and suffering, and book with a clinic that actually cares about human wellbeing.
