Worst experience with any company I've ever had. 2 years later and they still haven't fully let us go. We are with a new telecoms company and still getting phone calls from kinex. They claimed I accepted a deal for electricity over the phone which I certainly did not! I am STILL waiting on them sending this apparent recording. They've caused more headaches and financial problems than you could imagine. Stay away from this company they are complete liars.

Fibre Broadband is only to the green cabinet on the street and not to your property, then its a copper cable most of which was installed 30 years ago. And before you phone them i can guarantee they say your speed is 57mb. Stay well clear and go with the real pirates BT
