The machines are great BUT the customer service feels like torture.
Extremely long waiting times for our lever row, no communication at all of some delays, always had to ask mulitple times until someone responded, still waiting for over 400 euros refund since November, no answer to my questions in that regard at all, the bill they send me took ages to arrive and also was higher than it should have been!
Best offer in IPTV, with them since years also my relatives, thousands of quality channels and best VOD service included, updated daily.
Terrible service, I downloaded the trial for a week and had nothing but constant buffering all the time when I have fantastic fast Internet, I e mailed them as I had problems from the start and they replied with an answer I had no knowledge of, I e mailed several times again asking for help to see if I was doing something wrong, and they ignored my requests, they replied only once in the beginning and afterwards ignored me so I could not complete my trial. Terrible customer service when they could of just tried to help more.
Used to be a client, and until recently (march 2021) their service was impeccable (5 stars). In march they seem to have abandoned the business (no renewal notice, no services) and no longer respond to emails. I think they have just pulled the plug.
Pure scam, they recently moved to crypto currency payments only. I paid for a subscription 24h ago and although the payment is acknowledged and blockchain fully confirmed they haven't contacted me with the account details nor they respond to the emails. Their support ticket service is non existing. Avoid. Don't get scammed.
