Don’t stress - Check this

Don’t stress — Getting your money back is easier thank you think.

Take the emotion out, your case isn’t about gambling.
It’s about dodgy, unlicensed operators misusing payment systems.
Banks mainly look at money movement & whether services intended were received, most importantly banks are under Australian law. Which helps your case, regardless of whether you had withdrawals/ exchanged services. Banks are aware of patterns from
dodgy operators.

For cash reversals, report your deposit transactions to your bank, both PayID & card processed payments. In Nab the chatbot messaging it’s simple, come prepared with your deposits, with PayID name or merchant name for card debits, the amount and transaction dates. They’ll ask some questions in the app, LETS be clear you’re reporting an illegal service, NOT a gambling loss.
You didn’t receive the services advertised. For the commbank app it’s easier, after messaging ceba “scam payment” the process quick.
Usually that straight forward.

However….it’s always best practice to save everything — chat logs, emails, screenshots, anytime you reported glitches, forced refreshes, random bet size changes, or weird drop-outs.

And reques your casino’s RNG (Random number generator) audits, or compliance proof & casino license.
Most casinos either dodge the question or can’t provide anything, that alone is enough for banks, because you DID NOT receive the intended services. That a misrepresentation of service.

Terrible RTP

Terrible RTP, pretty much expect to put in 3000 to get 300 if your lucky. My experience when you withdraw takes 2 days to process then 5 days for payment. I have just deleted my account

Last place id go

Personally, I wouldnt play here again. The wagers are ridiculous. If you make any bets above $20 (in my case i was playing roulette.) The wager increases 10x. Talked to customer service and they wernt very helpful. It just seems that this particular site makes it almost impossible to win. I definitely would use someone else if you actually want a chance at winning.

I had winnings of $2700 they kept asking me a letter of my bank to state that one of the cards on there system I don't use anymore and that's just delaying sending my winnings so after I said I'd already asked some time ago that the card I don't use and could they remove it from my account they never did and found my winnings back in my account so what do think I did them and probably other people would too start gambling again and I lost it back to them it's shits me how this happened Australian government intervened and closed the site for Australia participants and banned it but I see I'm able to get back on to it and renamed it to Johnnie kash and sent me an email and told me of the new name so as I could keep playing there casino Kash king's

SCAMMERS RIPPED ME OFF REFUSED TO PAY MY WINNINGDB

This company is so hard to be verified with even after all the stuff around once verified if u win a substantial amount they make up different excuses to not pay mine was first they wanted photos of a Mastercard which I have visa and never used Mastercard. then once verified they were asking for details of a old card that wasn’t used to deposit with or win with even though said card wasn’t on my profile. I stated I had an old picture but it’s screen stained a wasn’t the card I used and I have been verified so the request is irrelevant. Then they took away my verification and stated they won’t be paying and my card is edited which it is not it’s my card and refused to pay anything and blocked me on there site. 28k and 18k none of which I received. There terms as they stated can be changed to suit them and they don’t have to pay if they decide they don’t want to for any reason they decide. They don’t care about gaming commission and do not follow the regulations. Don’t waste ur time they don’t speak English and don’t pay out scam site and rude ppl
