Sam and Jim who run King & Brooks Solar Energy provide an excellent service. They are honest, professional, competent electricians and solar experts who are hard working, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and competent. Unlike many solar companies they do not try to blind customers with science or try to sell unaffordable replacement items that are not needed. They really do know what they are doing, and are open and honest about pricing which is fair. In today's modern technological environment their extensive modern day knowledge and skills coupled with their old-school moral values and approach (including willingness to actually talk to customers and potential customers on the phone) is so refreshing in a world that is increasingly dominated by scammers and employees who hide behind robot-generated bland texts and excuses, and have often lost the ability to actually speak to people. This company do not do that. They have decades of genuine expertise and employ a team with the same values and standards. I'm probably not doing myself any favours writing this review because this company are always very busy so it may mean longer waits if and when I next need them. But if you are looking for an electrical and/or solar company that is run by two genuinely good, competent, hard working men with decades of experience, excellent skills (including communicating!), reliability and fairness in the Dorset and Somerset areas, you'll not go wrong with King and Brooks.
