Withdraw cancelled again and again
On 3th of May I deposite 300euro's I win and want to withdraw my winnings 1810euro's. This is not my first win and not my biggest, I never had trouble and I was completely verified. The problems began with the fact that my withdraw was canceld due the fact that I didnt not completed the wager rules. Now I did complete the wager rules and try to withdraw again second time on the 3th may after a couple of houres again canceld. Here is where my problem starts the simple question of why is my withdraw canceld? no body can answer me that question the only say what are finanial departmend is checking your request. I have no problem with you guys checking just tell your customer why you are checking! Again still on the third of may canceld. They say do to verification issues I need to upload a selfie with ID, after that my money will be abel to withdrawn. I upload a selfie with ID it is checked approved. Again I withdraw 4th may, again cancelled again nobody can tell me why!
