SCAM !
SCAM !! I have used this service many times and there is always a problem. Support always replies that they will “handle it” or “find a new booster,” but in reality, the customer is just ignored and has to wait for days. In my case, several times they assigned a booster who lost 5–6 games in a row with scores like 2/15. After changing the booster, the service did not want to pay extra for another one to fix the damage, so they kept looking for someone who would accept the job, which took days.
The longest I waited was almost 2 weeks to complete an order from Emerald 4 to Emerald 2. This year I also had several orders. The boosters were very weak again. Out of two orders, both had problems. One was “fixed,” but finding a new booster still took 3 days. Then I bought another order because of the low prices. The booster lost 5 games and then decided to leave the order. I contacted support, and they assigned the same bad booster again, even though I clearly said I already had him and didn’t want him because he kept losing. My rank dropped to Platinum 1. After another 3 days, they found a new booster who was supposed to fix everything and get 5 wins. He lost more games, dropped me to Platinum 2, then won 4 games, went back to Platinum 1, and said he was done because he “played enough.” Support keeps saying they will fix what the boosters ruined, but in the end, they take no responsibility and refuse to fix anything. Before you pay, they promise everything. After you pay, you are left with the problem and no refund. The booster quality is very poor. It is much better to pay 20–30€ more and buy this service somewhere else.
