Hi,
I don't have any correspondence from you to say your order didn't arrive.
As your order was letter size it was posted Royal Mail 1st class and so unfortunately doesn't have any tracking, which is why you weren't given any.
If you had of only just reached out to me, I would have happily assisted with either a refund or a re-send, as things do get lost in the post from time to time.
But instead you just went straight to a 1 star review on Trustpilot, I don't understand??
