On January 1, 2024, I attended the Kingdom of Winter event and unfortunately encountered several issues. The staff at the entrance failed to provide me with a hand strap. Upon reaching hall S10 near Alpine Runaway, an employee rudely prevented my entry, causing embarrassment. In an effort to resolve the situation, I had to call my wife to forward me the ticket, but the staff remained unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with obtaining the hand strap, they directed me to the customer services center for complaints. Upon my wife's return, they not only blamed me for not having the hand strap, also contributing to a very unpleasant mood for me and my family on the first day of 2024. A more courteous approach would have significantly improved the situation on this supposed happy New Year.
