Satisfactory Response to Communications.
I made a transaction that I then needed to cancel, almost immediately. My first attempt at contact had no effect, but a second attempt, via a different email address, provoked an immediate response resulting in the desired cancelation and refund.
They seem to be legitimate and honest players and I'd be happy to do business at some time in the future.

Not happy
I ordered zantac tablets. When they arrived, the expiry date was the end of January 2023. I have 100 tablets. Even if I take one per day, they will expire long before I have finished them.

Still haven't received product and minimal contact with company!
I still haven't received my cream that I purchased on the 17th Nov.
It was sent to the wrong address even though I was in all day and then contact with the company has been minimal - still not confirmed whether the replacement product has been sent and still awaiting to receive my product!!
