I had a trip heavenly Kashmir,
I had a amazing trip with kinghills travel, the tour manager was friendly person and hotel was so good and food was awesome, thankfully for kinghills travel for making wonderful trip

I am writing this review to highlight serious issues in my ongoing trip organized by Kinghills Ahmedabad office. While the itinerary was okay, stay is around 50 km away from the locations, breakfast and dinner plan we opt. I was explicitly assured that dinner would be provided at my hotel as part of the package. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel management that they do not even have a kitchen facility and cannot provide any meals.

It is clear that the tour operator and reservation team are completely unaware of the actual facilities at the hotels they book. After reaching to sales team, reservation team, virtual guide they said will give you limit of 250/- for the dinner and u can go and complete the dinner. How non-sense behavior it was..!!!

If u ask for any small facility it was chargeable but if you face inconvenience they are out from their responsibility by telling that U have to manage your dinner and next day breakfast within company policy it will be reimbursed..!!

The worst part of the conversation is that we are traveling for the first time Kerala and we are unaware with which restaurant will provide Jain & Veg food, tour operator and beach office manager aren't suggest any single option..!! Almost spending of 45-50 min than we find jain & veg restaurant.

This agency is selling dreams but I think delivering a nightmare. I had a truly pathetic experience with team and suggest to other travelers to review the comments carefully. Writing issue on my first day of the trip.

I travelled through kinghills travels. Booked my Kerala trip with them. Everything was well arranged. Hotels was very nice neat and clean. Provided vehicle was in very good condition soddi paji was our driver and Rahul was our tour manager helped us in every situation. Well managed tour. It was my first trip with kinghills and they made it unforgatable.

I had a great experience with Kinghill’s travels as I visited Himachal In the month of October, the kind of experience I had was truly a dream, come true the way they have designed the itinerary and the hotel and the meals was on point.

The best part is what they say, they deliver. We had a wonderful tour manager That had Look after all our needs an always taken care of any issues that has been come during trip.

In short, Will be choosing Kinghill again.

No time management.
They say one thing and do another.
Wasted money.
Very bad experience.
Management not good.
They didn't reach the correct point at any stage.

Had an amazing trip to Manali and Kasol. The overall experience was smooth and well organized. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were spot on every day. A special mention to our captain, Manish Bishnoi, who was extremely professional, helpful, and made the journey safe and enjoyable throughout. Truly a memorable trip and highly recommended.

Very bad experience with this tour package company.

We had a highly disappointing experience mainly due to the driver’s attitude his name is Rakesh (from Jaipur) and unprofessional behavior. The driver’s way of talking was rude and unacceptable. He did not answer our questions properly, even though the company clearly said that the driver would also act as a guide during the tour.

The worst part was that at most tourist places, the driver dropped us 1–2 kilometers away, even when parking and vehicle access were allowed nearby. We were traveling with senior citizens (70+ years old) and kids, and it was extremely difficult for them to walk such long distances. This showed complete negligence and lack of care for passengers.

The driver also refused to switch on the AC even after we requested multiple times, saying that he had a cold. This was very uncomfortable, especially during long journeys. Additionally, he did not allow us to use or change the music system and kept playing only songs of his own choice throughout the trip. he takes a break for smoking.

Another major issue happened at the last hotel stay, where the hotel asked us to pay extra charges for kids, which was not mentioned or included in the package. When I explained this to the King Hills manager, he still said we had to pay. This was completely unexpected, especially since we had already paid the full package amount in advance. This resulted in a serious argument with the hotel management and ruined the end of our trip.

Overall, this tour caused stress instead of comfort. Poor coordination, unprofessional driver, hidden charges, and no proper support from management.
I strongly do not recommend this tour company, especially for families traveling with elders and children.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Unprofessional Tour Experience

This was a very disappointing tour experience due to extremely unprofessional management.

The tour manager was irresponsible and lacked basic coordination skills. Hotel stay was poor, and the dinner and breakfast were tasteless and served cold. Even hot water was not provided, which is unacceptable, especially in a hill station.

The sales person Mr. Rajkumar and team manager Dinesh were very misleading. The local tour manager appeared to be more interested in making extra money rather than providing proper service. Everywhere we were asked to pay extra money for a separate vehicle.

The tour tempo could not go uphill, which caused unnecessary trouble and delays. At every location, the manager forced us to use only his tied-up agencies for activities like horse riding, local bus, river rafting, etc., and charged much higher prices compared to other vendors.

Overall, this tour felt more like a money-making setup than a customer-focused service. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone. Very poor experience.

Shimla Manali Couple tour
We had a very bad experience with King Hills Travel. Today, a King Hills travel agent was supposed to pick us up from Delhi, but our train got delayed. The train booking itself was done through the same travel agency, so this delay was not our fault at all. Despite this, we had to suffer because the King Hills travel agent left the Delhi station just because we were late.

Delhi is not a very safe city, especially when ladies are involved, yet the agent left us behind and went away. When we called them, they simply told us to come to Shimla at our own expense. Even though it was not our mistake, they asked us to bear all the expenses ourselves. When we requested at least half of the cost, they refused to pay even that and did not cooperate at all. We did not receive any positive response from them.

On the contrary, when we took a bus from Delhi at our own expense, they did not even bother to call us once to ask how we were traveling or whether we were safe. When we ourselves called the agent while sitting in the bus, he even refused to pick us up from Shimla. Our bus was supposed to reach at 3:00 AM, and still they expected ladies to come alone at such a late hour.

This was an extremely horrible experience with King Hills. If this agency is run with such carelessness and irresponsibility, I do not think anyone should travel with them. Strict action must be taken against this agency.
