DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ENTITY. Ordered 4 of the 3d book mug design for birthday gift. What I received was in no way what I ordered. Out $99+. I've sent emails not only to Kinginin.com but also other carriers asking if they know, possibly have contact info. No responses.

Fake site. First encountered when they supposedly sold unusual and unique whiskey bottles. The site is now a "clothing" retailer.

I’m very disappointed with the item I purchased and would like a refund of $82 as it is SO much smaller than shown on your site. It is false advertising and if I don’t hear from you I will be getting in touch with the Department of Fair Trading. I would like a response from your company. Thank you

It was the worst gift I've ever purchased. They literally put a sticker on a cheap bottle. $60 for this. I hope they go out of business.

Only giving 1 star as it is required to leave a review..Avoid this scam seller..Seller will take your money then cut off all contacts with you, After an email is sent by seller claiming thru paypal that item has shipped. ..Not only is this scammer stealing from a purchaser,They are also stealing from paypal..All contact links for this seller go nowhere.I wish i knew were this scam seller was so i cld squeeze the money stolen from me, from there scamming knecks .And stop these thieves from stealing, once and for all.

I ordered a dog toy from this site. I got a message after almost almost a month to say the item had been successfully delivered. Despite notifying this provider on at least 3 occasions that I had not received my order they chose to ignore me. Do not order from this site, they will take your money and deliver nothing. This company cannot be trusted you might as well burn your money for the lack of and service you will receive from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE COMMOM THIEVES!!

Paid over £30 for a so called Crystal cat figure. Its just painted glass. The adverts are incorrect the description is incorrect. This is robbery.

I spent 47.00 on a French bull dog decanter and received a little French bull dog empty bottle about 4 inches in size. Not what I ordered. False advertising.

Item still hasnt arrived, I've chased this and I've asked for a refund to which im being ignored. I ordered this over three weeks ago for father's day and im still waiting. No doubt looking at others reviews im going to be also disappointed in the appearance too. I would avoid at all costs!

Brought a Micheal Myers bottle for my step dad for father's day. Literally doesn't even resemble in any way. My 1 yr old could of done a better job lol.

I ordered the Jaws 50th anniversary Jack Daniels shark bottle and the Coca Cola shark bottle as well. They do not look anything like they advertised. Cheap version of the real thing. I mistakenly paid through Cash app so I will probably never see my money again. Going to return regardless. Too embarrassed to own and display what was sent to me.

Ordered the Army whiskey glass for my nephew for Father's Day gift.. It looks nothing like the picture. No gold embossing at all just around the rim. Army insignia and scrolls are just painted on in yellow paint.

I ordered a whiskey bottle in the shape of a German shepherd months ago still haven't received it. Lesson learnt here, check the reviews before purchasing. I've accepted the loss of the money, I hope these scammers enjoy a beer on me.

I tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes after placing it because I read reviews (which I should have done first). I was told later that day the item had already shipped when I canceled it, therefore, they couldn't cancel.
The order arrived in a beat up box with packing tape all around it as if it had been opened.
The product was not as described so I requested a refund. I had paid $50 + tax and shipping. Step 1, I had to send pictures and a reason for the return. Step 2, I was offered two options...either keep the product and get $17 store credit or keep the product and get $14 refund. No option to send it back and I wouldn't trust it anyway. Complete scam.

I am extremely disappointed to find that the item I received is a fake and looks nothing like the product shown in your advertisement. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please everyone do not buy from this website it comes from China

This is a complete scam. I ordered two of the 3D military coffee mugs and what came were two mugs with the Navy and Marine logos printed on them. They looked like nothing in the photo's or advertisements.
I am returning them to the address they came from.

As a follow-up, they have a return policy which they do not honor, as "honor" is a foreign word to them. I spent $20 to ship it back to them but don't do it. They say they will refund your money upon receipt of the product - they don't. Hope this helps you.

Scam site, bate & switch china company . They should not even exist to rip off Americans. I'm working with PayPal to get my money back.

I bought two articles from KINGININ online in the first day of December 2024 as a xmas gift. I was informed that in a few weeks I would receive the product so I devided to pay for it.

One of the purchases was a hair machine to curl the hair, the publicity incuded a male person with long hair, showing how to use the curler. The other product was for drawing extra eyebrown hair to perfect the eyebrown shape.

The products were never delivered. I went to the local post office with the tracking number kinginin sent me but that number was not a valid number for the national register - they were not able to find the number. The post office suggested me to request a Valid Delivery Object Number and the delivery company name and details so that I could trace the articles and plan a suppose 'NEW' delivery or pick up point. This was never informed.

The only thing they say is that they tried to deliver to the address but no one replied, and they said that the address was wrong - BUT the address was correct. They say that the product was returned to the operational centre - I tried to obtain the operational centre information so that I would contact them, they never gave me the information. If they really tried to deliver they did not leave a card in the mail box requesting that I contact for delivery planning with them.

It is important to mention also that I contacted them multiple times by email but when they replied, the system erased the history of any previous messages so that no traces were registered.

As I was hopeful that they would solve the problem I continued sending other emails now requesting my money back warranty. The reply I get was as delivery failed Kinginin then thought to ask me to pay extra money for a supposed new delivery. I refused to pay more, as I was not putting more money on a company that did not show any respect and correctness on the proccess.

In conclusion, I have never received the products I purhcased and payed for. They never returned mu money. So, they kept my money and also my products. Not a trustworth company.
