King Kullen's food has such high quality when compared to other supermarkets. For example, the deli has many options which all taste delicious. (My favorite is the seafood salad.) The customer service is the best also. The people are very friendly and helpful. I had a seizure at King Kullen once and I became alert with a friendly worker sitting next to me for my safety. I have been shopping there for 30 years and will continue to do so.

I used to give the King Kullen (Patchogue,New York) a great review but I must say that I was very disappointed after this evening's visit. At the time of a pandemic, one would expect that extra measures would be put into effect to keep customers stay safe and healthy. I will say that they have the arrows in the aisles and the barrier between the customer and the cashier but there are a few things that they don't have. I would like to know why the carts are not being cleaned and when I asked the gentleman (pushing the carts) about this, he ignored me. I then see this same employee going the wrong way down the aisle and then he is just standing in front of the ketchup. Have the employees not been trained? I then see the security guard who is on the phone and not patrolling as he should be. As a fellow New York State licensed Security Guard, I would like to know what purpose he is serving. I had to tell many customers that they were going the wrong way down the aisles, this is not my job. You have a paid employee who should be doing this. The only positive thing I can say is that the young man (Matt) who was at the register was a joy to work with. He was kind, friendly, concerned, and helpful. Please clean the carts, instruct employees how to act, and have the members of the security team do what they were hired to do.
