I received my pants but without their belt and you sent it to me in a few days with a very lovely greetings card and a little nice present for me. Thanks!

The experience was great as the dresses bought were exactly as expected, well packaged and well received. The support on line via email has been propmt and nice. To be improved the relation with the delivering company because they delayed the delivery without comprehensible reason

The first issue I would like to bring to your attention is the delivery. You sent me an email stating that the parcel had been delivered, while in fact, it had not.

Secondly, I was disappointed by the poor packaging of the parcel.

Thirdly, the ivory lace Phoebe blouse (art. number 0928607665) was not the white color shown in your photos. Instead, it was beige with greenish tones — nothing like the top I had ordered.

The clothes have a high quality and they include tall women. And I love that it's not all just black and white and grey, but super colourful! For me they are good-vibes- and make-me-happy-clothes!!

It was all very easy. From sizing to order and delivery all super smooth.

The blouse I bought is lovly and suits me perfect.
But - at the same time I bought another one. The colour was not nice on me. I had to return it. Since I live in Sweden there was no free return. It cost me 140 swedish crowns. King Louie should use the same policy for all countries in EU.

The order was shipped quickly. The company sent the tracking code by email. The delivery time was as stated on the company's website. The product arrived in good condition. The ordered garment, a dress, is of good quality. The size, fabric, fit, and colors match the description provided on the company's website. I am very happy with my purchase.

Take note that you need loads of buffer time when ordering online from King Louie.

Customer service told me to wait for my package to be delivered, even though I mentioned in my email that I would be departing the Netherlands. I emailed the day before I was to fly out.

I also called the business number in the morning of my departure. But an automated voice and music went on for a few minutes. No human agent.

Just make sure you have at least 5 working days for delivery in the Netherlands.

I live in Australia and used a parcel forwarding service. However because the shirt was packaged in a large box (it only weighed 0.34kg) it is going to be very expensive to ship. It would be great if less packaging could be used by prominent fashion brands, much easier on the planet and the wallet. Thank you.

I am very unhappy.I got the trousers today and they look worn, they are full of fluff and small scratches. I took photos immediately after unpacking. Is there no quality control before despatch?
I will definitely be sending them back.
