Buy an item in december 2023 and I never received it. No response by mail or messenger. Avoid !

He's a con artist and how is allowed to run a business is disgraceful he needs to be imprisoned for his fraudulent business

I won't give them 1 star due to the fact I've used them in the past with no hitch but I've become increasingly frustrated with the lack of transparency and updates (unless its for the time sensitive sales) over the past 6 months regarding purchases I've made. I remained patient, sending emails after being informed of the site closure hoping for updates. I've given up waiting.

Avoid like the plague.
Store is a complete scam.
They have removed their Instagram and don't allow comments whenever they make a new one.
They owe me £250.

One of the absolute worst retailers out there, if you are reading this, absolutely look at the negative reviews and ask yourself if you trust your money will be safe, you would be off lighting your money on fire than giving it to this con artist

I have been using KOSM for the past 3 years, mainly as Zavvi wasnt an option for me post Brexit & Amazon.co.uk dont really get a whole lot of good Steelbooks. Is the service perfect, no, not at all BUT Mike always does his best to resolve any issue that occur. I know from following several Reddits etc. delays with Premium Steelbooks are almost guaranteed and this is out of Mikes control (as it is for everyone tbh). KOSM does lots of sales where you get the opportunity to save a lot of £££. I know a lot of reviews here are negative but I will stay backing the company as they always go above & beyond.

How can Mike at King Of Steel Media send me a request for “restoring confidence”?? All faith in using this guy has GONE a long time ago! Is this a joke, just to get me to buy more rare boxsets that never get sent? Is this another attempt for me to part with more money he won’t send goods for - or worse still - keep fobbing me off as “he’s looking into things” and then never gets back with an update?? Well enoughs enough pal. Thanks for the heads up to leave some feedback; I’ll do that with pleasure.

Just read some of the one star reviews here. Don’t buy into these are “bitter haters”. These are genuine people who’ve been scammed. Similar stories of buying with the best intentions and then being let down time & time again. Same as myself, who after being lulled by the false promises I decided to send emails to Mike at KOSM for genuine updates. At first, there was no response….but then after weeks and months of no reply i suggested i’d log a complaint with my bank and start chargebacks Mike immediately responded & became rude and abusive, then stopped corresponding completely. I kept professional, but Mike has no understanding of what “professional” is. A dreadful company to deal with. And thats putting this lightly. I logged chargebacks and complaints, and have successfully got my money back on ALL the boxsets Mike took my money for. Mike even sent me a screenshot that “he has no money in my account to refund” - so to you who’s reading this : just know you’re NOT getting the boxset you think you’re getting - and requests for more patience are a stalling tactic - and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND you contact your bank to begin a chargeback ASAP. It is NEVER too late. Your bank will help and advise. You WILL get all your money back.

Just a final word of advice: KOSM is now nolonger trading, as another mentions below, and is being rebranded to Creative Plus. Don’t spend a penny with this company either. Just do whats right - get your money back from King Of Steel Media - and put them completely out of business.

Please, for your own benefit and mental health. Don't buy anything from this site and/or affiliates. Consider the alternatives and eBay.

King of Steel Media tried to be a great site to make group purchases. But as he apparently can't handle even an excel file to see what he is missing to deliver to several people he failed completely. I purchased several limited editions and some best buy exclusives on his site, but up to this date i'm still missing around 20 editions between limited and best buy exclusives. Last time i received something was about november 2024 and then nothing else was received. So figure yourself what kind of service it gives.

I’ve used KOSM for a few years now and whilst some items do take time(mostly premiums from the likes of Cinemuseum who do take forever to release) I have received everything in great packaging with the tracking number sent in advance.
I recently submitted a query and got a detailed response within an hour with the option for a refund (again due to waiting for Cinemuseum to release an item).

All these positive reviews are hilarious. kosm sent out a pathetic plea email on 8/24/25 for people to leave a positive review here. Over the last few years I’ve placed multiple orders. I’ve never once received a single thing. I emailed for updates and was ignored, asked for refunds and ignored. As soon as I mentioned contacting PayPal he immediately responded with give him time and why can’t I be more patient. Every collector I know has the same problem with this seller. It’s always the fault of someone else, never his.

Mike is a one man band and may take time to answer questions and ship out orders but he always delivers. I have never personally had any issues receiving orders or refunds and i have ordered a lot of the few years I have been a customer. 👌🏼👌🏼

I have purchased several titles for my husband over the years, hard to get titles that he has been after. Always a smooth service, highly recommend.

Having purchased over 70 items from King of Steel Media in the last three years, I can confidently say they are a top-tier retailer for premium physical media. My experience has been consistently excellent, making them my go to for all premium retailer purchases. I’ve been able to build a fantastic relationship with them over the years and hope for many more positive purchases.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Received items in the past but had to message several times to get them. Even if you pay for one item's shipping, it's sent with other items several months later...most likely pocketing the extra shipping. However, the past 2 years have been a NIGHTMARE. I am out hundreds USD due to never receiving items I was told were available, and he won't be stand-up and refund, even after SEVERAL messages and promising I'd get my money back. Considering making complaints to UK gov on this one man show pretending to be a company. YOU'RE FIRED, KOSM!!!
