It was a horrible experience with them
It was a horrible experience with them. They do not deserve your money and your time. After I paid all my fees they hadn't shown up to take us to the airport after a negative experience at our arrival. They left me and 31 minors without transport to go to the airport to go back to Italy at last minute. And only after I threatened them to sut them in court the true came out, they hadn't booked any coach for my group. I called them on Saturday,after on Sunday an hour before the departure time and they assured the coach was on its way.
Terrible company and Terrible experience that have got a negative impact on my business.

Brilliant Raceday experience
We had a fantastic day out made possible by KingsGate Coaches competitive price and exceeding our expectations by providing a bigger, more luxurious, coach than we had been expecting. The driver was brilliant, friendly and accommodating and everything went to time and operated smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication throughout booking and night before sent driver details and confirmed pick up time. Driver was early and very patient while getting ourselves together.

Great service
It was our first time to the UK, KingsGate Coaches is awesome; we booked a private transfer for 6 people from London airport to Liverpool and back. The driver was very nice and on time, he was helping us find the Airbnb apartment. The communication with KingsGate is done on WhatsApp with very quick response.
